after ex bonus, the share price of CBIP just 2.38 (at current price of 4.76), how can it be warrant listed at 2.40?

Statement never mention about bonus issue for warrant. if warrant no bonus, it is better to exercise the warrant to enjoy bonus and dividend reinvest.

waiting for announcement. before buy in warrant, we have to know the warrant's exercise price. according to the press, cbip plan to fund 255,700,000 from the exercise of 90,669,491 units of warrant. that mean the exercise price will be 2.82. at current price of 4.92, after bonus 1:1, cbip share price will be adjusted to 2.46. if the premium of warrant is 40%, that mean (2.46 X 1.4) - 2.82 = 0.62, warrant price will be around 62sen upon listing. so buy in if price below 62sen.

looks like a lot of projects waiting for cbip. i am thinking to accumulate cbip-wa upon the listing. higher potential for move up faster compare to mother share.

sometimes i noticed that if a counter's share price doesn't move for a period of time, after you force to sell a few lots, the share price will start move up. i have test for protasco, sold yesterday at 1.70 and now move to 1.75, mkh sold at 3.03 and finally move 4.34, for plenitude sold at 2.66 and finally move 3.50, matrix sold at 3.87 and finally move to 4.70, ksl sold at 3.78 and now was at 4.68 and etc. luckily i just sold out a small portion of each counter. you may try if you counters' share price didn't move.

Kane, instead of exercise warrant, you better sell warrant at 3.17 and add 1.42 to buy mother share at 4.59. You can 18sen (1.60 - 1.42).

at this moment, ksl is more powerful than plenitude, but if plenitude announce a good news ahead ksl, then it's hardly to predict how plenitude can shoot up.

please don't misunderstand. i am not recommend people to buy protasco, but for those who own the share, you may keep it for 10sen dividend every year.

the negative impact from oil & gas called off has been resolved and now is the time for protasco to move forward as the basic fundamental issues remain unchanged. property project, de centrum continue to contribute positively in coming quarters.

everybody talking about ksl and plenitude, why nobody discuss another fundamental stock, magni? magni going to announce Q1 result this month and i think there will be a excellent result bcos of the world cup. magni will announce 8sen dividend next month.
