1. INTRODUCTION

Dataprep Holdings Bhd. is pleased to announce that the Group via its wholly-
owned subsidiary Dataprep (Malaysia) Sdn. Berhad (“DPM”) had on 12 March
2021 entered into a Memorandum of Collaboration with Asia Coding Centre
Sdn. Bhd. (“ASIA CODING”).
Under the Memorandum of Collaboration, DPM and ASIA CODING will work as
a strategic partner as well as will collaborate with each other to undertake a
project in relation to providing an integrated solution technology for COVID-19
screening to Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia (“KKM”) (“Project”).
The following areas are covered under the collaboration:
a. Providing the relevant solution technology and other related products by
leveraging the strength of each other;
b. Providing the highest level of technical support, resources and business
related matters in areas where can benefit each other;
c. Planning to work strategically in partnership on other potential projects in
Malaysia; and
d. Any other areas of co-operation to be mutually agreed upon by the Parties.
Both DPM and ASIA CODING will use their best endeavors to further their
mutual interests and as far as they are able to do, make available to their
collaborators the expertise, resources and information in relation to
collaboration.
