PN B n YPB are the major shareholders , they sold n bought along the way , usually selling into oversold n bought it back much cheaper by transferring losses to the bilis . If they have conscience , they can easily sell to the third party in volume without selling direct in open market . But they r doing this to cause more miseries to the ikan bilis.
