6/8/2015 is inching closer each day n mother is only 20+ cts...Mind u conversion is 20 ct ...That means it has no value...The present price is 38-40% premium given...better than betting world cup...

do not mess up in eco-world , real pricy for this counter coz its PER 90x . It means it will take 90 yrs to break-even...There r many counters in Bursa that PER is less than 10....

old figures b4 ex subdivision and bonus, now no more liao!

at 4.37+++ , all the goodies had been factored in, no more meat here already ! dividend payment also dropped drastically so the appeal for this counter already no more in the radar..

With World Bank and Bank Negara multi -pronged approaches to stop the property bubbles and esp with the introduction of RPGT here in Malaysia etc,,,,those who had painted all the rosy pictures of property boom in Iskandar must be very frustrated . The immense speculations will make the housing and property counters doomed for sure....Now buyers are very cautious as the interest rate may spring up any moment and property prices collapsed.... coupled with the Dows retreat , Ukraine crisis and the uncertainties in Iraq and territorial conflicts in East China Seas . The worst has yet to come...

1Q2014 profit increased 58.66%.....not bad lo even without e TRS ....I think with eTRS , the result should be better by 8-10 folds ...based on rough calculations ...

@ EPS 5.6 ct....how much u r going to pay for this share ? What about when conflicts started between China, Japan , Vietnam n US ? When talking of property boom , what about the reverse ? When world bank warned China , do u still think we r ok given that our external and internal debts keep on increasing at an alarming rate?

Tom : forget about hup seng esp after the split n bonus , its PER has risen drastically and earning per share drops terribly . no more meat already for this biscuit co...u may look at lonbisc as the share is making money , low pe and good earnings plus its brand is now international but still trading below par at 80+ cts...it will climb to more than RM 1.00 and it is a matter of time only...just an advice and not a buy or sell call, disclaimer attached.
