If there was any change in developer, don’t you think for 6 months of quiet period, no newspaper will report it?

oh thanks for clarifying. My guess is that they won't wont to release the waiver news yet, but is waiting to sort out the rights issue date first. They wouldn't want the company price to move up too much if not their right issue need to be re-priced at higher price, which all shareholders need to fork out more money.
