both the docs (husband & wife) realised about RM15m from their recent sale of about 75m shares @ RM0.20 each (month of May 2024). Wonder whether it was to support the new acquisitions (financial support from sponsors) or cash-out? how come they didnt see the undervalue of the stocks?

cant deny a decline on q to q comparison basis. But overall a good result compared to previous q ended 12/2023, 09/2023 and 06/2023. Its how you read it as business performance should be on month to month progressive basis. Also noted decline in bank borrowings and progress of batu kawan factory.

Paid dividend of RM10.8m in April 2021 for FYE12/2021 (in addition to another RM11.8m in 12/2020). All these paid to previous shareholders given IPO only done in July 2021. So latest dividend will be reflected only in next quarterly result? Given that, will there be any dividend for 2021? Or best wait for lower price to compensate possibility no dividend in 2021?
