I am very sorry that I don't have other stocks to share with you at this moment. I hope you are aware I am fully focused on this company now. If you don't mind, I will have to say all over again.

This stock is very simple and easy to finds the clues. Hopefully you can spot the right timing to ride the uptrend soon if not later.

I have only one stock in my portfolio. I am not adventurous enough. Until GHLSYS delivers, I will not leave. I will only invest in a company that I fully familiar with. I won't do it if I don't.

I believe the future target price is right on your mind by now. You are not ignorant. It's because this deal is very low profile and unique, most of foreign fund managers are still visiting this stock. Even the prominent Tycoons are still interested, never say late.

The best way to get involve in this stock in when the movement has stabilise at one point after a correction. Please note that the company will not offer any additional placements or increasing their shares in the market at the near future. Hence, the supply will eventually minimize soon after the dust settle down.

Beware of chasing this stock for short term gain unless it breaks the resistant as mentioned by Chris posting.

It's a good idea to be less active in the stock market as well as trading in and out if you already founded your Hiddengem. Haha one of my bro name.

If we look at the recent announced news in bursa , I personally view it as far more better than any insider news that anybody in the stock market hope to grab.

The management itself already shows the future capabilities. Funding is definitely not an obstacles to them now. Regional countries are racing towards cashless societies. M&A activities are a trend spreading across the region. They will buy growth. That's the only way to expand to achieve a real highly growth company. Other tie up is just to increase their revenues. It will not reflex the making of a great company. The next acquisition will be on the way, base on the support from their new partnership.

Regarding the price fluctuations recently, it is unavoidable because of overhang from the last run up that way too hot for this newly merged entity. Almost a third of their shares has been transacted on a week alone.

This is not a fly by night company and not suitable to fly by night traders. We don't pray for it to go up when it drop nor make a fuss when it go down.
Yes, the creme de la creme team is running the company starting from now. To what extent of the outcome is, nobody can predict. Only time will tell. But I have no regret on parking my money in this company.

When they can attract a few funds currently, I trust a lot more is on stand by to move in when value is reasonable. Ghl doesn't need retailers, they need real investors.

I just share what I suppose to and what is already announced. If you not bothered by others, then fundamental is very positive at this moment. Regarding the price drop, its because some want money and some want shares. This company won't offer any additional placement. Eventually the share will be chase up again.

The only obstacles now is the chart reading. Otherwise it's potential is still intact. Their fundamental still the same, nothing changes. Liquidity has improved and more activities are sighted. At this moment let the Management and their new partnership with Cygas do the necessary strategies in the near future.

PE is suggestions that investors are expecting a higher growth in the future compared to lower PE company. It's only a numbers that shows the company is a higher growing future price multiple.
It's not updated yet as this moment as we look at some analyst old records.

According to their announcement , E Pay's first quater result wil not be fully reflected in the coming account. Only the month of March is considered as according to SC regulation, because their merger is completed in Feb. The full impact of the two entities will be on 2nd Quarterly results. One thing for sure is this merger is very unique. That's the only one thing that convinced me to stay longer.

I am optimistic with their future as I notice most of their new shareholders key man is from
Usaha Tegas, the investment arm of Ananda Krishnan, Maxis, Astro, JP Morgan, former F&N CEO, Boston Consultancy, Vice President of Khazanah Malaysia and etc.
I believe they will have huge and great joint ventures maybe already in hand given that Ghl is directly have interest on business dealing with some of the company mentioned.

As as I say earlier I didn't trade at large volumes at this moment. I did mention recently that some indecent trading activities is going on since the volume reached about 100 million shares in a single week. Followed by a steep correction and today a serious misleading information has surface in certain media covering this company.

Following some opinions by a few of kind hearted forum members, I have decided to take the opportunity to blend the negative feedback and positive oppinion, therefore I blend all the opinion together and a single decision has been made. That is to " ADD more into my account " asap.

As I have been walking alongside with this stock, of course I wouldn't deny that, the oversold level is triggered today.

I don't predict the future nor blame the weather. I want to achieve my objective and will not leave until then.

Yes, I agree there are no basis for upside as for now. But not sure whether I am wrong in predicting it now.

Even the media is spreading serious lies, with addition to more forum member giving additional information and kind advises, i may have no choice other than believing the company is going to PN17 sooner or later. But then , will it happen?

Soon if proven not true in the future, please let the genuine investors to go thru this turbulence period. It's really tough to them if their money is burned because of the disruption of false and misleading advise. Nevertheless it is their money and they have their right to choose their own destiny and dreams.

But I have a bad character, I will never abandon this company, either it is a PN 17 stock or any bad images that non knowledgeable peoples created. I have fall in love with this company.

Hopefully the management will act accordingly.

To expansion into other countries is a good move. But this is a old stories to me.

In order to achieve the status of high growth company, which I personally view is to acquire or merge with a same size or similar type of company that is unavoidable. I trust they have already been in talks with some great company currently.

Another unexpected news is hope the major controlling stakeholder will start to accumulate as I see it's have been diluted to a lower percentage at this moment. Its will be interesting if he started to buy in open market.

Shares buy back programmes are likely to be announced by matured companies that the management feels currently underpriced or a preventive measures to prevent a hostile future attack against the company for the controlling stakes if any.

Instead of distribution of dividends, they may decide shares buyback are a more superior ways to distribute values back to the shareholders.

Anyway it's a good form of structure from the management as its also indirectly shows that they are having a huge excess of funds available. Further more they are a debt free company.

This company does not announce for nothing, once proposed they already have the ability to work it out. With the new entries of the best brainers in the region, I believe the best is yet to come.

The recent proposed share buyback by Ghl Systems Bhd is a surprise move to me.

Either they planning to increase the value of growth per shares still available, eliminate the threat of certain shareholders who may looking for a controlling stakes or the are initiating a special dividend after a excess of cash or a retained profits in the future.

Therefore it is imperative to shareholders to understand why share buybacks are initiated and undertaken by a company.

It may help shareholders to gauge the integrity and quality of the management of the company.

The recent appointment of 2 non-executive director from Cygas Equity Fund in the board give a very good impression on the new custodians of the governance process for the the company. Although they are not involve in the day to day running of the business, they have the responsibility to the company's strategies, performance,risk management and people within.

Both of them have the expertise and prime role to ensure the continuous development of current strategy and constructive challenges to the existing board of directors.

Their role will scrutinised the performance of all the employees and involve in removing and appointment of the senior management team. This will ensure the accuracy and completeness in the future and standards of conduct.

Their responsibility include that all information is accurately informed and satisfy that the risk management is defensible and financial risk is properly managed. This will ensure the company is professionally managed.

Yes, the composition of the new board members is commendable. At least it shows that they are not short term investors. So the management will not slackened and increase the momentum to ensures the success of becoming a high growth company in the near future and to greater heights in 2014.

Hi, LongRiver, I am just wondering since when I am become a sifu. Anyway thanks for your 1st posting in Ghl thread. I hereby clarify that there are a lot of friends and associate of mine is on board at this company.I am honestly telling you that they are going long term base on the potential of this company. Some even like you , they have substantial amount of shares by any standards invested their savings since the announced merger recently. Some are still accumulate on this levels.

Looking at their combined revenues and yearly profits, I believe they may hit rm 17 million profits in 2014, conservatively looking at their past records.
But my concerns are;

1.This new company have to do as much as to implement the new core business.
2.They cannot slacking in concentration into tackling the fast track in these competitive bisiness.
3.The management have to intensified their own way to prevent their mistakes knowingly the benefits of they are the market leader in this industry.

If everything is in order, I believe our investments will be rewarded.
Sorry, I don't drink much but I may consider if our patience is paid off , I hope you don't mind to delay the yam seng!

I will criticise the management here if they are sleeping. While they have all the support from the funders and their market cap have risen to about 400 million, they have to push harder to expand their core business.

I am disappointed with Mr. Raj statement that the infact realise their mistakes not participate early and aggressively into this sector while they understand the importance of the market needs.
Nevertheless they have make their move now and wish they are on track to become a high growth company as they always mentioned.

WiseEye, my time frame for this is longer then you guess. I hope I am not wrong by saying that we can always express our views to be shared among the specific thread. But recent posting by some may have go overboard.

The purpose of this thread is to provide information and communication among the investor, and not to use as tools to satisfied oneself and to attack one another.

The financial results of this company will only improve significantly by 2nd quater of 2014.
The merging of the two entities is unique, and more and more serious investors are beginning to accumulate more. This is a very positive signs as the major shareholder may have to increase
their positions soon.
They did not purposes any additional listing of new shares. That is a positive impact as for the short term.

While others similar merging stocks have issuing splitting of shares, bonus issues, warrants and etc, we didn't see any of this happening soon in this stock.
Hope the management will reward the loyal shareholders soon.

Taka, you are right. A run up followed by a correction is a a natural process. But nobody will complain a 30 % gain. Instead will worry a 10 % drop. Perhaps your explanation will give some relief to some worried investors.

Alphajack, to me is not goreng. Too many retailers join in the party last week. Unfortunately it didn't last. One advantage is more liquidity is now visible compared to before. It's a good sign to investors. It's not a sleeping stock now looking at the average daily volumes.

Yes, you are right, for those who have faith and vision, the stock begin to show a cheaper entry.
To others that feel the price is not right , can always wait for a bargain.
