Looks like XOX is giving a big "F- you!" to the suspension of Ant Group's IPO. I'm sticking with my opinion that the IPO will have not much impact on XOX, and again, good luck to all.

My opinion is that Ant Group’s IPO shouldn’t really have too big an impact on XOX. The last announcement about their collaboration only mentioned about XOX employing AntChain’s services and developing the blockchain doodad, and not about ‘venturing into a certain business and making money together’. Moreover, this is only a suspension, and not at all a ban. And not only that, XOX is a highly manipulated stock anyway. Whatever happens, traders would just have to ride the trend towards which the operators are pushing and shouldn’t complain too much. In any case, just have a solid trading plan and be sure to execute it with strict discipline regardless of whichever direction the price goes. Good luck to all.

So long as today is green, I believe we have nothing to worry about. For one, the candlestick is already above the SMA 30. And then for a reversal movement to be confirmed, it should sustain for at least a few sessions, and my thinking is that if tomorrow is green too, there should be a great time ahead of us. After that any downside movement shouldn’t be too big of a concern. Right now, don’t expect too much as at this point the market is still dominated by pessimism, so the bulls may take some time to appear.

It could be the start of a new bull run, or just another trap. I’m leaning towards the former for the following reasons:

1. The surge in volume took place near the end of the trading session. This is a very crucial event as it is in fact quite common for the ‘smart money’, or sharks, to wait towards the end of the trading day before pouring in their funds into a particular stock. In the past when we saw the sharp rise and fall of the price, which happened quite a few times, could be that the ‘dumb money’, or uninformed retailers, having some false hope about the stock, and so the ‘fake’ bulls proved to be highly unsustainable when it disappointed by dropping again prematurely.

2. One must not compare today to whatever happened throughout the past two months when XOX dropped sharply from 39.5 to 10 despite having big news left, right and centre such as the collaboration with AntChain, investment in Nexion and Macpie, investment by Kgroup and so on. Technically, that rise to 39.5 was in fact the B wave of the expanded flat correction from the orthodox top at 32 sen that was reached on the 10th of August, and so it was only logical for it to just slide down from 39.5. Please kindly read more about Elliott Wave Theory if you can’t understand this point as the lack of space in the comment section is most inconvenient for me to explain everything here.

3. Nexion in which XOX has a stake, has made quite a fine bull run over the past two months after a very long period of humdrum market activity. I’m not quite of a fundamental person, so I don’t really bother reading up on companies’ business activities and stuff, but I do have my suspicions. My teacher taught me that if you want to look for an undervalued company to invest in for a long term, one of the things you must check out is if they are making a turnaround. I believe Nexion is making an attempt at a turnaround, and seeing that XOX is interested in Nexion’s business then I can only hypothesize that XOX too, is trying to turn things around. I honestly don’t know about the blockchain thingy XOX is working on, but my opinion is that if XOX sucks balls at telecommuncations business, then this new thing might not at all be a bad thing provided that they can give good returns to their investors. The business with Ant Chain also gives a good impression about XOX, we may find out about it sooner or later if anything good will indeed materialise..

4. KLCI has been undergoing a major technical correction (and probably still is?) since the end of August or early September, so it was quite understandable that many stocks too, XOX included, faced a huge downfall. Look at those mighty glove and healthcare stocks. Even Supermax was not spared despite announcing an impressive quarterly report when we saw its price plunged from around RM12 (after-split value) to about RM5. I know people who lost tens of thousands of Ringgits trading Supermax shares during that period, and it’s highly unthinkable considering how Supermax has made some of us millionaires since the start of all this Covid-19 fiasco.

@silver123 Why did you just comment that after market closed? You should've keyed in a sell queue at 1 sen as early as 8am today. Now it just seems impossible for you to sell it at 1 sen given that the queue is just terribly huge. Now here's what you should do, if you have faith in Kgroup, just contact your remisier and tell them you want to convert your OR to mother share. The cost will be 5 sen per unit. If you don't just sell it at 0.5 sen first thing in the morning tomorrow, or if you dare, 1 sen. There's no guarantee you'll get to sell it as people may lose interest in this OR as early as next Monday and you'll never be able to sell it. I'm not sure when it will expire, but from my past experience, i believe it's exactly two weeks from today or less. By that time, if you've done nothing with your OR, it will be useless already as you're not getting money from selling it, and neither are you getting more mother shares. With regards to your existing mother shares, no, nothing whatsoever you do to your OR will affect your mother shares.

Of course traders should know that any stock, even the so called glove stocks, can be manipulated to one degree or another, and it's not just XOX. It's really not rocket science. Though I don't reject the possibility that XOX may be more manipulated than many others, I believe money can still be made out of it. Look at all the counters you're calling scam, and ask yourselves, in how many of them can you see acquisition of shares in huge amount in the past few months? So far I can only see Kgroup buying 30M units today other than the subscription of 200M+ from two months ago, XOX buying Macpie and Nexion, Eddie buying more and more of XOX, and that's it. Why do we see their shares change hands in bulk if only scam is brewing, and why is the same thing not happening in all the other companies mentioned in the special report? Only time will tell, and some of us are happy enough to wait and see. I admit that this could be a huge waste of time, but to each their own strategy. If you guys think this is a scam counter, why don't you lodge a report with SC? All of you should do it, and perhaps they will take your complaint more seriously if more people are making the same complaint.

@polycarp Relax bro. That is called the expanded flat correction pattern. In my opinion, XOX is still fine, but still I have absolutely zero idea when it will go up again. That warrant thing may or may not help. Only time will tell, so if you’re putting hope on this, I suggest you be patient for a bit longer. Otherwise, there’s a host of other uptrending counters currently taking the market by storm.

@Diego2020 Seconded. I say if he dares announce his purchase of 30M shares, there must be something good brewing, unless he gets double-crossed, but I doubt the latter is the case. Technically, it's just not the time yet for the stock to move up. As I said in my earlier postings, the immediate support is at 11-11.5 sen and if that is broken, we'll next see 8.5-9 sen. But, if it gets substantially pushed up, the sky will be the limit. That said, I wish all good luck, both bulls and bears.

11-11.5 sen would be the support, and if it holds well, the retracement should be over already and the next direction would be upwards. If it is broken then next stop is 8.5-9 sen which is the 88.6% Fib level. Good luck to all, both bulls and bears.

If it closes at least at 15 sen, then there should be light at the end of the tunnel. Otherwise, it’s probably a good time to cut loss. 15.5 sen is the 61.8% Fibonacci retracement mark. If that can’t sustain, next stop should be 78.6% at 11 sen. Good luck, guys.

Looks like I was mistaken. Didn't think the retracement was still underway. I hope this is the final subwave 5 of the retracement Wave C. Now that I have picked up my calculator and actually figured out the Fibonacci retracement level, 15.5 seems the perfect 61.8% mark. If this support is able to sustain, then the next way should be upward. Good luck everyone.

@hxgn That’s just how I label my waves. The previous spike you’re talking about, I believe, refers to the ‘Minor’ Wave B in the ‘Intermediate’ cycle of Wave 4. I would take into account the previous waves if I want to estimate how far the stock price can go, and so far, I’m betting on at least 30 sen. Later we can decide if it will go that far, or further, or in the worst case scenario, fail.

@hxgn This is the start of the ‘Minor’ Wave 1, so a great amount of profit-taking can be expected at this stage even though the stock has only moved up by a few bids. During the development of this wave, you would also see sceptics who greatly doubt that the stock can go far, so they too, could have played a big role in the selling. Whatever the case, it’s really a waste of time trying to figure out what the sharks are doing, if that’s what you’re implying. This is the stock market we’re looking at, and not one of the Jaws films. And on top of that, queues can be manipulated.

Still a good move today. We’re looking at an inverted hammer pattern today, and that is a bullish signal. Our wait will be paid off soon.

There's a general drop in volume towards the right side of the daily chart. That's a good sign. XOX has also (almost) completed the 5-3-5 zigzag retracement with Wave A starting from the 11th to the 18th of August, Wave B 19th to the 27th of August and Wave C 28th of August until today, or maybe the next few days. XOX looks good to go for the next leg up, hopefully, and this 'Intermediate' Wave 5 should be expected to test the previous high. From my perspective, the Wave 4 retracement demonstrated a move called the 'throw-under' in which case the lowest point penetrates the bottom of the Andrew's Pitchfork. Therefore, I'm opining that the Wave 5 will penetrate the top of this channel ('throw-over'), and thus breaking through the previous high.

@bojed As for me, I bought Kgroup at 0.115 last week, the day before it spikes to 0.140 just after opening. I held on to it, thinking it would go further to 20 sen and beyond, thanks to that tantalising cup and handle pattern. Guess what, I still have it and my wife thought this was a great opportunity for her to feel smug all the time because I didn't sell when she ask me to at 0.140.

70M sell queue about 1 hour ago could have been deliberately put there by the sharks so they get to collect low. Please don't blindly believe all the buy/sell queues you see as they can be faked by people with intentions unbeknownst to us.
