Some of my friends is doing that. Don't they lose out as interest rate for housing loan is only around 4.4%?
Their argument is dont keep everything in one basket. And also to lower your debt.

Kcchong, I'm keeping my finger cross in Cepat.

Use to be a speculative shares, but now with the change of management, they are more prudent company.

MHC management team has taken over since 2005 if I'm not mistaken. And Cepat do have its sunshine days especially in 2008-2011 when the eps and profit increase double fold every year.

With the fear and bad news in palm oil, it represent an opportunity to buy into this palm oil company.
One of the most difficult thing to do is to identify good and undervalue company. Then after you have identify it, are you discipline enough to continuously buy and keep this counter for long run?
I experienced it first hand as recent as yesterday. I sold half of my PPB seeing it going up. I have collected it during its recent deep.

It seems that push is for EPF to sell off. Anyway I am still hopeful that this counter will move closer to RM3 soon. Just hope....

I actually received a feedback from my friend that says that once u drink a Hoegarden, all the carlsberg and tiger, Heineken you won't drink anymore.
Hoegarden is a wietbeer. It position as a premium beer and more pricy.
Refer back to march starpaper report, Carlsberg and GAB are having a different path of expansion. Carlsberg will be looking at overseas expansion and making malaysia it's manufacturing hub. While GAB is concentrating to grow its local market.

And every new brand that Carlsberg try to bring in so far all failed.
My only curiosity is how far Hoegarden Beer can capture the market since it is a premium beer.
FYI, Hoegarden is distribute by Luen Heng & Carlsberg in msia.

I'm now in midvalley, having a look on my own, how good Midvalley business is... Seeing is believing. Most of the shop have good biz, so That's my homework on IGBreit.
Just bought two tickets for movie later in the afternoon. That cost me RM30 and I bought from GSC.
