it is bad deal, if passed, need to financing lah, get more money from investor, then pay interest, pay Iwcity debt and operation cost for at least 1-2 years, because Iwcity is make lose company.

keep repeating the land bank worth billion from Iwcity lah, the problem it might take years to monetize those land, in near term where the next 1 of 2 years, financial result be affected and share value is diluted, investor's few million will stuck in Ekovest for at least few years.

How much Ekovest need to fork out to acquired the IWCITY, how much additional cost require to operate IWCITY as it is making lose company, need to consider that property sector is in down trend, and their mall at cherah also struggle to complete, if this proposal go through, for the next 1 of 2 years, risk is high and prospect is low.

Ekovest definitely will wait until last minuted or close to the due date before make any announcement, or it also could delay for another 2 -3 months as they need more time to evaluate and finalize the decision.....as per now, i don't think it is good news for both counter.

if issue share to acquire IWCITY, it will dilute the value of share to minus 30%, not good for investor

after acquire, IWCITY is a making lose company in the last 2 quarter, it will impact Ekovest profit for new few quarter, at least a year.

more share dilute the value of share impact the revenue, definitely is not good for the investor. SC should look in it to ensure fair play

@pedestrian, fyi, Protasco has secured PPA1M phase 1,2,3 and 4, phase 1 completed and phase to in midst of construction, then follow by phase 3, and 4.....they targeted to secure more this kind of contract.
