if the election only happen in July, than good result in Q1 will push the price higher, profit from disposing property in London will reflect in Q1 report, beside that, ERCL jobs will be detail out in April probably. if Gov announce BM contractor is CSCES, this definitely will push the price even higher.

no body know when is the election except PM, and people has been speculate from last year until end of March, yesterday say the earlier would be April due to the additional budget table in parliament.

2 cent is interim dividend only

in F2012, they pay 5 cent interim and 15 cent final dividend

i believe they gonna do the same again, estimate at least 15 cent final dividend in 1st of 2nd quarter.
