CSCE tendering TNB bansar project? why not involve T7???

50 million is 5.7% of jaks market cap? is this amount consider small for Jaks? and their property segment is making huge loss now? -Edited-

they are obligated to pay the total sum 50 mil if fail to deliver the tower as per agreed date,

why jaks does not escalate this matter before the due date since they fail to get the extension, instead they choose to hide it? 50 million is not a small amount, it will impact the next few quarter performance, this may cause them making loss in the next few quarter.....

why jaks does not bring it to court when star refuse the extension? the extension should be made before the due date 15 Feb since it is understand that the tower is unable to deliver within the stipulated time? why Jaks wait until now bring it to court and said Star Media had prevented the completion of Tower A. it should resolve the dispute before the due date?

tomorrow may up or down, but for long term i still likes this counter, unexpectedly T7 and CSCE were complimented by gov and china envoy respectively in the public. T7 will create 2-3k nes job in the market and involve in uplift the skill of workers. CSCE will share their advance technology with local cooperate to create a win win situation. the potentiate of this stock is undoubtable.

US index had been bullish for pass 6 months and increase 50%, a slightly pull back is healthy and it is too early to call bear market, but can't discount the impact toward our market. so far US cooperate are doing well except the stumble slow inflation.
