Most retail shareholders will not subscribe for the RCPS due to price difference with mother share.

Cempaka Empayar (has 43.38% of shareholding) has undertaken to subscribe the untaken portion and they will end up with most of the RCPS.

I suppose they will maintain the market price for the RCPS.

i got it. in the prospectus. dividend rate is 20% per annum based on nominal value (RM0.10) of RCPS.

if based on issue price of RM0.38, the dividend yield (DY) is 5.26% per annum. DY much higher than that for mother share.

before bonus issue, mother share has DY of 3.33% based on RM0.445 (price before ex-bonus). after bonus DY for mother share could be reduced due to dilution.

smartly, where was it stated that the interest rate is 6%. mind sharing the article?

@DaveSingh, i know there is live streaming but then the streaming is not stable at times and very frustrating when you missed the most important part of the game....eg when Roonie missed the penalty... you go mamak shop, need to order this and that....in the end spent more than the astro subscription fee.
