The PAL entitle the shareholder to buy the preference share at 0.38 per share which is higher than the underlying share (now 0.305).

Are they paying higher dividend for preference share?

The PAL for the rights is worth only 1/2 sen and still not many are buying. I have to use my PAL as toilet paper liao. Pui.

No force selling for Astro staffs at the moment, the management work out some plan with the banker which gave them additional time around +\- a month but the price has to stay above 2.60....

support at 2.60; otherwise finance co will force sell staff shares who borrowed to buy IPO; it was mentioned by someone in the forum a few days ago

TAGB is another company that staffs complained about the IPO. Offered at 50sen, upon listing, it stayed briefly above 50sen and now it is half price. Many staff lost money then.
