If major shareholder holding 70% which is the CEO himself, will he reject the bonus issue of which he self propose? He must be stupid like you to do it.

Once Bursa had approved, the board of directors will seek approval by share holders. By virtue, it is considered approved as Datuk Tee himself holding > 70% of shares, no way for the proposal be rejected.

Agreed, Serba is an stock with unusual business segment. If crude oil prices are weak, it will benefit. If crude oil prices strong, will benefit more. I like this stock for its flexibility.

DLADY will be the next counter to go up after NESTLE. I am proud to had bought into DLADY at cost price RM 5.00 in year 2007-08 sub prime crisis.

I agree with you IBanker, ACE stocks usually have high PE ratio due to strong projected growth forward. And Inta is set to be promoted to main board this year.
