MYEG (+3% to RM1.03), has paid RM6.4mil out of RM9.64mil imposed by the Malaysia Competition Commission (MyCC) which was daily penalty of RM7,500 over its online foreign worker renewal system. The e-government services provider announced on Tuesday the MyCC had accepted the changes made by MYEG and its subsidiaries to its online foreign worker renewal system. “As such, with the acceptance of the changes made, the daily penalty of RM7,500 will cease with immediate effect. Penalty up to the date of the acceptance amounted to RM9.64mil of which MYEG had paid a total of RM6.41mil,” it said. MYEG said with the acceptance by MyCC, it had fully complied with the decisions made earlier by MyCC and its Competition Appeals Tribunal. “However, the appeal which MYEG had filed to the Court of Appeal will continue. MYEG had filed an appeal to the Court of Appeal against the decisions made earlier by MyCC and CAT and to appeal against the penalty imposed by MyCC,” it said. MYEG also stated the changes required were related to the user interface of the group’s portal and did not affect the ongoing delivery and provision of all its services.

The 20,000 per day per barrel is just too conservative. Management is too prudent because they afraid giving wrong guidance. Keep for 2 years and if oil is well abt 65, you good some great windfall.

Be conservative, now is mou only. But if 20mil contract deliver like say 60% margin also 12mil. Assume pa diluted all become ard. 160mil shares..

HIBISCS’s (unchanged @ RM 1.05) jointly controlled operating company, Anasuria Operating Company Ltd (AOC), is set to commence the drilling of the Guillemot A GUA-P1 side-track well in the United Kingdom North Sea’s Anasuria Cluster by the first half of 2019. In a statement today, it said GUA-P1 was targeted to unlock about 1.7 million barrels of oil from the current net proven and probable (2P) oil reserves. Hibiscus Petroleum said AOC would assume the services of Stena Spey Services Ltd’s semi-submersible offshore drilling unit for a minimum of 45 days to drill GUA-P1 following its rig sharing agreement with Ping Petroleum UK Ltd on Feb 28, 2019.
