平心而论，虽然外界对官老的评价两极化（感觉负面居多），但我由衷钦佩这位大慈善家。从低价收票，到中价放风，然后开始卖梦想讲故事让散户高价接票，还要百试百灵根本就是顶级大师操作手法。你可以不喜欢他，但不能质疑他的玩法。有上过我课的学生应该知道，这就是在股市获利《讲故事》的最佳写照。

从另一个角度来看，官老在股市把贪心散户的钱赚个够本，然后在现实生活中捐钱帮助真正有需要的人，现代版劫富济贫的Robinhood有米有。

言归正传，Kenanga股票行今天建议投资者卖出Dayang，原因如下：

一、最新第4季的亮眼业绩归功于《一次性付款》，难以再重复。
二、子公司Perdana需要进行债务重组，可能会有附加股活动，甚至出现减值亏损。

PS：股价大涨》交出一次好业绩》PE突然变得很低》把目标价放很高》股价无利空情况下转跌》业绩回到现实》散户死伤惨重，这一幕是不是很熟悉？还记得去年如日中天H股吗？

当我们使用100%的margin买股时，假设借了100万令吉，除于手上持有的股票价值200万令吉（100万现金购买+100万借钱购买），SMF比率相等于50%。但若股价开始下滑，欠银行的钱是不会改变的（就好像房贷供款不会因为你的屋子跌价而减少），但抵押的股票一直贬值，这个比例就会逐步提高。

举例说明，最初买进100万股Dayang的成本是60仙（现金），我再使用margin买多100万股（总共持有200万股），共欠银行60万令吉。当股价升至1.20令吉的时候我再使用margin加码120万令吉（购买100万股），这时候我的平均成本80仙，总共欠银行180万令吉。除上抵押给银行的300万股（市值360万令吉），SMF比率只有50%。

花无百日红，一旦股价下滑至1令吉水平，我欠银行的180万令吉不变，但抵押股票的价值跌至300万令吉。SMF比率提高至60%，距离margin call就不远了，根本不用等股价跌到成本价。一旦股价跌穿60仙，不但血本无归，即使卖完手上股票可能还要反过来欠银行钱。金融风暴为什么那么多人破产跳楼？margin call绝对功不可没。
