William Cheng bought over 4 million shares during recent downturn ie lowest RM 1.10 and highest RM 1.22; upping his stake to 59.83%. In other words he has not sold a single share despite Parkson sharp drop from above RM 2 to about RM 1 currently in just 3 months.

I believe can be consistent because Parkson yearly EPS easily above 10sen a year. Recent loss is due to provision for impairment loss from closure of Parkson Hanoi. It can be written back(as profit) should there is no claim(or claim less than provided).

Yesterday announcement also propose to continue share buy back.

10sen dividend likely to come. Any drop will make dividend yield even higher for purchasers. Miss chance to top up more at RM 1.01 yesterday.

9 months Parkson 2015 EPS stood at 12.43sen. So any coming QR loss less than 2.43sen meaning Parkson EPS more than 10sen which is dividend per share.

That's why bank analysts have to work. The same analysts asking people to buy over RM 2 or even higher(if not how can Parkson reach over RM9 just 2-3 years ago). Buy high sell low can the analysts make money?

When we rent someone house it is easier to move out if we are not happy than if we own the house. In Parkson case if the landlord overcharge them they have the choice of moving out or close altogether. Will closing down stores in China make China landlords happier?

Why nobody ever question why Parkson has so much cash over Padini or Aeon?

The reason why Parkson still expand(than close unlike Parkson Hanoi) in China is Parkson in China is still profitable as a whole despire rental issue.

I miss out earlier. You can also buy golf accessories in Parkson not only clothings from Parkson. Many things can be bought in Parkson just like Aeon except food items. So Parkson less than half Aeon price is a bargain now. You can only buy clothings from Padini not other things like Parkson. Aeon NTA is RM 1.37 but share price RM 3.05. Why? If follow Parkson(Price to NTA) Aeon TP should be 70sen(half NTA) why nobody sell Aeon cheaply?

Competitors like Tstore are selling at RM 2.76 and Aeon at RM3.05, why nobody want Parkson. Parkson has more cash(prudent cash management) than their competitors. Perhaps if Parkson takeover Giant like Aeon takeover Tesco will buying interest return?
