Whoever post negative comments in Parkson I will take revenge by postings negatively in their stocks. I still think Parkson has good future only need to take time for their turnaround. I don't put gun to anyone to buy Parkson if don't like just stay away and not get revenged.

Share buy back to start after AGM.
Those attending AGM please ask to close down unprofitable stores in short term while in longer term ask management to change business strategy eg add F&B(bakery for eg) section in Parkson although this will take time to show result.

I doubt Parkson competitors like Padini, Aeon, The Store, etc has so much cash like them. Why?
2015-11-21 22:49 | Report Abuse
PHB, PRGL, PRA all are cash rich which show prudent having made huge profits in the past.

I know camera is sunset industry but is it true Parkson fashion retailing business? You haven't answered why director Lee keep disposing. Even publishing business now face competition from internet where people can read books for free

Judy_Wong thanks for highlighting CalvinTanEng. stupidivan some of the stocks(which Calvin mention) I know are:
1) PPG(near 52 week high now unwise to chase now) even their own director Lee Kheng Hon sold continuously
Others I will tell you later although I knew YiLai and MPHBCap just reported poor QR.

Agree with sabun and Judy_Wong. Even director Lee Kheng Hon keep selling meaning PPG is overpriced.

PRA still making profit? Not loss as ks55 and Adcool claim?
2015-11-12 01:26 | Report Abuse
ks55 you ask people to attend KC Chong course. Why your chosen stocks like Mulpha and E&O both heavy indebted totally against what KC Chong teaches? Those having E&O better sell off now and wait at RM 1 or 80 sen to buy. E&O could be next candidate to have RI after Mulpha.
2015-11-12 00:43 | Report Abuse
QR still not out? Must be bad likely since Stanley Thai is known anti-govn so people boycott Supermax gloves.
2015-11-12 00:40 | Report Abuse
ks55 Mulpha is now having RI. Could E&O be the next one? Like Mulpha; E&O is heavy indebted.

Those who can hold just hold. In 2 more weeks Parkson will have share buy back. Adcool don't mislead people. Parkson does not own Lion Corp.

Result delayed compared to last year 7th Nov. Must be bad. Glove demand must have reduced because so many competitors. No benefit seen from strong USD like last qtr.

National House Buyers Association secretary-general Chang Kim Loong cautions against so-called “zero entry cost” properties whereby the buyer does not need to make any downpayment as it encourages unnecessary speculation.
He advises renting instead if they cannot raise the initial downpayment/commitment fee for an affordable housing unit.
“Do not think that just because it is affordable housing category, one is eligible for a 100% loan (in this case 90% margin). Buyers must understand that it means taking out a back-breaking loan of 30 years and ‘slaving’ for the bank.
“They must understand their obligation to repay the monthly loan without fail and to regularly pay the maintenance and sinking fund as well as utility charges.
“If buyers could not afford to commit with their own funds (ie downpayment), he or she is strongly advised to rent instead. From the onset, buyers must know their legal obligations and moral responsibilities. There is a vast difference between buying and renting.
“If they don’t keep up with the monthly instalments to the bank, the bank will foreclose and the family gets evicted. It is only then that many realise that buying a house can be a nightmare. They will instead be house poorer,” he says.

Those having E&O better sell now. Unlike Parkson which is net cash RM 431 million E&O is heavy indebted with net debts over RM 1 billion as at 30th June 2015. That still exclude incoming STP2 which need another RM 1 billion debt making total over RM 2 billion debts. As I said earlier sell now and buy at cheaper price is preferred. Why buy at RM 1.55? Why not buying at RM 1 or 80 sen when you can save money?
2015-11-08 18:47 | Report Abuse
Why still people buy at RM 1.55? Why not wait at RM 1 or 80 sen?

I am just defending Parkson. I am sure TTB is not stupid to hold so many Parkson shares. Is ks55 better than TTB? Where to find his name in newspaper or TV?

Again I can say ks55 is a liar and repeat what I said earlier.
2015-11-08 18:10 | Report Abuse
ks55 why you still here and not in Padini? You also mentioned what is cheaper is better for buyer so I like cheaper Parkson than Padini is it wrong?
2015-11-08 17:48 | Report Abuse
ks55 if you are not interested here can you tell me which stocks you know got so much money to buy back shares like Parkson? Is it Padini?
2015-11-08 17:46 | Report Abuse
ks 55 why don't you mentioned RM 150 million budgetted to buy back 116 million shares ie RM 1.29?
2015-11-08 17:11 | Report Abuse
So if there is any people who want to sell Parkson at 80sen-90sen WC is even happier ie less than RM 100 million cash is needed to buy back similar 116 million shares to increase his stakes another 10%.
2015-11-08 17:07 | Report Abuse
Last year WC increased his stakes through shares buy back by 10%. As the price has dropped Parkson will require less money to carry out another 10% shares buy back(less than RM 150 million(assuming similar 116 million shares buy back) a year which is over RM 100 million less compare to FY 2015). Now WC own about 60% Parkson so if coming and next year shares buy back he will increase his stakes another 10% making Parkson possible privatization target as free float shares become lesser and lesser similar to what Kulim now have.

You are right Mohd Iqbal. Tan Sri already used up 2.1 billion of PHB's money for his own agenda. i.e supporting PHB share price without due consideration for others. If you have followed the way he conduct share buy back, especially at 4.50pm during share buy back operation, you will acknowledge what I mean.
