As optimistic I am about Capital A's future, I wouldn't say getting the digital bank license can solve all problems. Sure, digital bank is the trend, definitely a plus in the long run. But digital bank will need time to setup, and to turn in profit we are looking at least 5 years time. And clock is now ticking as PN17 company only has a year to submit plan to regularise it's financials.

The key for capital A's survival is getting planes of the ground. No matter what new business you have, I don't think it can cover the loses of 200 grounded planes.

About complains, no product/company will have no complains, FACT! I used to work in a renown Korean tech company customer service, gets hundreds of complaining calls. So is that company's products bad? No, in fact it's the market leader in its field. Think the other way around: how many % of its customers are complaining/facing issues. Hundreds of complains per day might be small percentage wise relative to the number of products sold.

Conclusion is that one cannot judge a companies' performance objectively based on the number of complaints.

Lol people are losing focus about the Capital A name change. AirAsia as a brand is not gonna disappear. Just the parent company will change name to give people a better picture of what AirAsia is doing now. Think Google and alphabet; Facebook and meta.

Why? Do some research, and you will be surprised that airline reward programmes are often valued at a higher price than the airline itself!
