I do agree that AirAsia app needs improvement, the loading time is just too long, just don't feel snappy when using it. But nothing is perfect from the start.

And I feel Asian superapp players got alot of catching to do. For someone who had used Amazon, Lazada and shopee still don't feel up to par (compared to Amazon)

Well, that's extra RM19.9 cost for going on holiday, not too bad actually

its called marketing, a common practice for ALL companies, not just AirAsia, I am very sure AirAsia did not invent this. like the example I gave above, when someone advertise its having sales of UPTO 90%, dont expect all items to be discounted 90%, ONLY certin items will be discounted 90%.

if someone is still not aware of this marketing strategy, i have nothing else to say
