Kesimpulannya, lebih untung push Naim naik daripafa push Dayang . Becauae Naim still low price increase if price over lower price but Dayang already high price, so increase above high base, percentage untung dayang lebih kecil. Dari aegi fundamental, dua dua counter sama string

Comparison between Naim and Dayang.

Naim price to earning ratio is 5.6 and Dayang Price to earning ratio is 9.09. So, Dayang is over-priced compared to Naim by 62%.

Naim price per net asset per share - 0.38. Dayang price per net asset per share is 1.80. So, Dayang is very much over-priced per net asset per share.

Naim - no right issue in the near future.

Dayang - got right issue in the future. Possible dilution of 20% of share price.

Naim has advantage over Dayang. Only Sarawakian can buy Sarawak land. Due to many factors, Sarawak property sectors are still going up and booming.


Naim price has many more reasons to increase in the future.

Dayang is a possible trap because it is already increased by 300% - very high price compared to real value of the share.. Dont be trapped in other people's dogma. Buy a share that has big potential to go up and not share that has already gone up.

Right after announcing the RM 20 million allocation to the Esports sector during the tabling of Belanjawan 2020, Minister of Finance has also revealed the government’s plan to promote the usage of e-wallet in Malaysia. This will involve what the minister has referred to as a “one-off digital stimulus”.

Specifically, the government will provide a one-off payment of RM 30 to all eligible Malaysians for them to utilize via e-wallet. According to the minister, this e-wallet fund can be redeemed starting from 1 January until 29 February 2020.

The fund will be made available to Malaysians aged 18 years and above with an annual income of less than RM 100,000 per year. The government has apparently allocated RM 450 million for this program which will be under the responsibility of Khazanah Nasional.

Hence, this means that around 15 million Malaysians are able to utilize the e-wallet funding through the new program this coming January. Of course, we do suggest you to hold your horses first as the government has yet to release any specific details regarding it.

stock moves in brownian motion.. Up and down up and down... Normal for "some" investor to sell after quarter result. But when investors (those who sold + others) realised , the result is good, the share will be bought back...The key to this is holding power and how much cash you have balance to repurchase good stock if you are at the wrong end of the Brownian motion.

At P/E = 5.91 , many people salivate over this stock. One of the best in O & G sector, if not the best.

just bear in mind , directors have acquired more shares here early this year. They expect result to be good.

P/E accumulative four quarter improved because result better year on year. In my case, I normally sell some if P/E goes up to 14. Price at that P/E is RM 2.33.

Naim is grossly underpriced. At RM 1, its P/E Ratio is just around 6. At p/E = 12, Naim price is around RM 2. I will sell all my shares if the P/E is around 30. It means at NAIM price around RM 5.00. It has 250 acres of land bank and currently is building 4,000 homes at high take up rates. with Turnover of RM 1.2 Billion in 3 years . , Land is currently valued RM 4 per square feet. Big NTA...

Dayang fundamental is strong (a lot of contracts) and currently Trump's comment is on the side of oil price. People who requested retailers to dump has been buying. The best time to re-purchase was last week. (The idea ~ sell when WTI price strike US 73 and buy when WTI price down to USD 50). That's the big contrarian movement. Psychologically Trump try to keep oil price within this range. He is the America President and the world is his casino. He has the upperhand because whatever he says moves the price.

It spooks and motivate investors once it reach each end of the range.

If you missed the boat, I can not guarantee you will profit. If you have the cash to hold, then buy and hold till the next financial result.

UZMA P/E Ratio is 11.2 ....... Dayang P/E ratio is 5. Thats mean buy Dayang until P/E ratio goes up to 11.2.

Now Dayang Earning (E) is 18.84 sens. Price is to be determined.

Re-arrange this formula.

P/E = 11.2

P = 11.2 x 18.84 = 201 sen = RM 2.01/share.

So, this means that dont buy UZMA until Dayang price shoot up to RM 2.01... because only at RM 2.01/share , then the price of Dayang is as expensive as UZMA when we compare to its earnings.

P/E is one factor... another one is Petronas is major shareholder of Dayang... sure get contract in the future...so that is the sustainability of Dayang revenue of profit in the future.
