yeah @7300 even we speed up the urbanization in next 10yrs... we wont be able to fill those beehive... we need 'imported' population!... but given the current govt... no going to happen...even by miracle it happened... it can hardly make any different... those houses are already there...waiting to be filled...

totally agree... for long term... I myself putting my money mostly on the healthcare and insurance sector ...

O&G may very well play next few years... but too bad.. it raised too fast early of the year... now... it go back to correct trend...slowly and surely...

I agree too that property market is now a joke... to me property is no different of being a 'commodity' now... come to JB... see those beehive like condo towers... I still remember...one of the main oversea developer was saying... these condo were built not for today demand... but for next 10 yrs population... what!why? because according to him...you need to prepare earlier..not wait till the demand mushroom...you will be late by then... so... what happen next 10 yrs even there is a demand boost???

Again I too still remember back in 2008, when we first saw hot money goreng 'real comodity'... palm oil included... the story was similar...because they see the demand growth in next 10yrs... and like trading market everywhere... they started to futures for these commodities 10 yrs earlier... what happen next??? we all know... then few years back... you saw they goreng Dairy, goreng garlic... it was then we all realised... all the economic we had learnt from school was obsolete!!! in this hot money market... even supply and demand can be manipulated!

So... i am glad there is hot money in the stock market as at now.... after Fed rate cut...let see....
