EPF selling in Nov is not as agressive as selling in Sep. EPF holding of 45m shares will drop below 5% soon.
What is EPF intention? just keep it below 5% or sell all the shares ?

hi all, according to the prospectus (30-Aug-2019) for right issue,
the NAV on 30-Jun was 1.43, and after rights issue the NAV should be 1.29.

However the NAV (NAPS) shown at i3investor is only 1.02 ?! anyone could kindly explain why the different in the estimate value in prospectus and the current NAV ? thanks

Fyi, The MKH-OR forms/processing is handle by Tricor. Tricor office is at The Vertical, Bangsar South. They have a a small office & reception on the ground floor, there is a box and you can drop the envelope with the form there.

I did a calculation, if buy 1000 shares @9.65 = cost RM9,650; Div 22c => RM220 to buy at 8.25 => 22 shares The difference in price 9.65 - 8.25 = 1.40; 1.40 gain x 22 shares = RM30.80 after deduct RM10 LHDN stamp & 0.80 postage, = RM20 *Therefor is only a gain of RM20 or 0.2% by putting in RM9,650; not worth it ..... Hhh

Hi I noticed that TNL, the company itself is (1) Converting Warrants to Ordinary Shares these two days. This will further dilute the EPS of the shares? am i correct?
