US will do anything to crash Global shares for their own benefit.Remember in d early sixties US bought as much rubber as possible n kept in stock n released called "stock pile release".Rubber prices fell very badly until no value n ppl stop tapping.The British rubber plantation owners fragmented d land n sold n left d country. They hv to fragment becoz ppl no money at that time.Our country was solely depending on rubber revenue so they borrowed money from d world bank n became debted.Now after d Asian Crisis our county strengthened d currency from going down n to avoid borrowing merged d banks to withstand d currency traders.So now US using other means, this time crude oil to crash d Globe shares but this can't go on, a line hv to be drawn somewhere lets wait n see...d way I look at d present scenario!!!!!

The Company wishes to inform that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (Bursa Securities) had vide its letter dated 11 November 2014, approved the following:
(i) the admission of 166,325,568 warrants to the Official List of the Main Market of Bursa Securities;
(ii) the listing of and quotation for 221,767,429 new ordinary shares of RM0.10 each in the Company (“ETITECH Shares”) on the Main Market of Bursa Securities;
(iii) the listing of and quotation for 166,325,568 warrants on the Main Market of Bursa Securities; and
(iv) the listing of and quotation for 166,325,568 new ETITECH Shares to be issued arising from the full exercise of the warrants on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.

Pursuant to the above, the Company would be issuing a Circular to Shareholders in relation to the proposed restructuring and settlement of debts owing to certain secured and unsecured creditors of the Company and its subsidiary in due course.

The above proposal is vital for the Company to address the default under PN1. Hence, the Company or through its appointed adviser for the proposed debt restructuring will update any material development in relation thereto.
