By 2025, the balance sheet will be almost zero debt. Any extra or extension of the contract will be pure cash to BA. We need to take that into account, too. With clean balance sheet BA can target new contracts ie Akai and others.

After Pref Share, Felda keep the Pref Shares and do road show to sell down the ordinary shares to meet public spread? Felda bought the ord shares at 1.30, so any sale above 1.30 is profit to them.

If I read u correctly, the Pref Shares is taking back all the old Felda asset injected into FGV @ IPO by Felda. So which is better to hold, or hold both, or sell both.

BHB didn't do EGM as they compulsory acquired all minority on 7th Sept before EGM.. So it was just LTAT agreeing to sell and done. All Condition Precedence met. Hope they launch the GO very soon. 1.55 coming.
