We call this OUT OF MONEY, or that it is trading at a premium to the mother share.

Meaning, to convert eg. a warrant A into a mother share, you need to pay RM1.26 which is 3 sen + 126 sen = RM1.29 So a situation like this does not warrant an exercise unless the mother goes well beyond RM1.00

Some 3 million ICULS had been converted into mother shares at 60.0 sen and listed on 29th Mar. Like Bone said, this is strong indication Iretex is moving in that direction.

I strongly feel that Mr Chan Choon Ming had not hopped on board for the JMT venture, but rather some other businesses he's bringing into AE.
