I bought my Pavreit when it was 1.25...and i average up my reits account...it when up 1.45, but it will support to 1.40. REITs should be played as short term, but maybe medium to long term compared to other goreng counters...

Ive stayed adjacent to Pavillion, and during that stay, i failed to see people stop coming to Pavillion or reducing its number...even midnights, many people strolling around the place...people may not go shopping, but its a good meeting place, restaurants and also the movie joints. The divident paid also looks promising when the new fashion avenue opens...

i can tell you it was a correction for small traders to take profit today. Big volume was bought at 58-59sens region, signs of accumulation. Big boys will not make a huge scene when they enter. they buy low, and when they are ready, create an excitement and those with TA skills will buy in. Also, it was to correct the RSI level, which was overbought yesterday.

FA wise, Thheavy have already matched the IPO price in 2005, which was 50sens and today its 0.18% increase. Fundamentally, THHEAVY will be the an alternative for MHB for O&G fabrication. Bank loans will be much easier as risk management will be low gearing. Therefore, THHEAVY will expand and be more developed with new projects coming in and eventually as Par as SKPETRO and MHB. Another FA factor to be taken into consideration, it is backed by Tabung Haji. TH have spend a lot on this company and definately making sure it will be profitable.

So today's performance was merely speculators and traders have this mindset, "Buy on speculation, sell on fact". BUT real investors who know the story behind it, will hold because O&G company like THHEAVY will double or triple of its current value.

Also think that THHeavy will be as same par with MHB and SKPetro..

I would agree, TA wise,RSI 7 its overbought, RSI for month still low, but new support will be formed, new TP will be created

On sentiment, Pn17 is out, so, some may take profit tomorrow...but for FA, its a good buy when Petronas and other PSC will direct to THHeavy for their fabrication works

Hahahaha, mat cendana...i know these guys myself...and the potential for this company is limitless for the time being...but i can tell you, THHeavy will be as par as SKPetro and MHB as Oil&Gas fabricators and maritim repairs industry...I agree with Scomi and SKPetro...another Buy and Hold counter with good returns will be Alam! Kcfan, im just worried the hype of uptrend will soon stopped. their daily movement (intraday) charts seems to be violently erratic, managed to push down in a blink of an eye and up again with new high. And their new high now would be 4 -5sens of previous day close but the range would be 10-12sens on average..what kind of game are these ppl playing?
