share price will probably go down...maybe in the range 60-70c
some shareholders holdings will be diluted...but i think its only a small percentage...must calculate dulu
if the mother shares go down to 60c plus, warrants maybe around 2-5c?
this is just guessing not a fact. pls take with a pinch of salt.

once QA is approved then warrants may or may not fly....
however once QA ok, warrants are safe to buy for the long term then
good investing

ppl should learn to control their EQ more.
life is full of interesting ppl

yes exactly. becoz they have almost zero or negative yield due to central banks low interest rate environment.
normally only hedge funds buy, not normal funds/insurance funds

looks like the spac structure is just too tempting to just cash out. no wonder so many spacs failed in the US
2016-11-01 12:48 | Report Abuse
actually spreading profits around quarters is not new. this is actually quite normal.
companies with inconsistent earnings do that to normalised their accounts i think
2016-11-01 12:45 | Report Abuse
wow so many funds vote no ka....seems like the spac structure is really outdated le

until more news appear for this heavily in-debt company...better stay clear away.
unless u have an intention to purely gamble, then u can buy.
the risks are yours to take.

go go aax!

on the other hand, incubation of more potential businesses for drb n pos is a possibility.
anyhow i am still keeping my drb shares. for long term.
just be aware of the difference between dreaming n logical news
2016-11-01 11:56 | Report Abuse
such a far off dream and misleading statement.
2016-11-01 11:55 | Report Abuse
a very simple question for all to ponder.
do u guys really think that TS Syed Mokhtar Al-Bukhary will sell his drb hicom baby?
lol
2016-11-01 11:49 | Report Abuse
i honestly do not think TS syed will let DRB be taken private nor he wants to take POS private. drb is his bread n butter. he is already so rich n powerful. This taking private information is just too much in a dreaming state.
calvin is again misleading ON the private stories. he does not understand how business is being in malaysia. so pls check your facts right first.
on the other hand , plenty of new businesses on drb n pos is very possible tho. this has the potential to generate plenty of profits.
disclosure: i own drb shares. thx

new psc tax is out. looks like a new asean tax of 35 n previous old int tax fo 32 maybe a saver for TF

plus i really find it ludicrous n downright funny to boldly state that bjcorp is the berkshire of asia and palm oil to go up to rm6k with out any proper due diligence...excellent story teller
2016-10-31 15:58 | Report Abuse
even tho i am considered a typical newbie, i noticed that the amount of opposition on calvin is actually quite astounding.
plus i am really uncomfortable with the way he bashed AAX without any basis being given and the recent gadang stories on bad luck names n all. some stories may be right..but what on earth does bad luck names have in our analysis of stocks n companies to buy? my god....i also noticed he just luvs to spin stories n stories upon stories. its quite entertaining ....lol
if you have a lot of ppl saying u have done a lot of wrongs...it will probably mean that it is.
i totally agree with icon on this calvin story teller...
amen

apa jadi?

warrants at 30c?????
i think this is not possible with this low oil price environment.
perhaps when oil goes back to usd60 70 n reach shows consistent profits and its share price goes above rm1 la
then ...maybe
we cannot use hibiscus as a reference simple becoz oil price now is at usd50 and not usd100 in hibiscus's case.
please be realistic

no worries la....after survive -800mil loss in Q1, it can only go up now...

guys warrants are just too risky to buy unless QA approved.
safer is to only buy warrants after QA approved.

funny how sikit sikit bad news always makes the stock shoot down...its normal to overreact n over-sell and we see this all the fricking time...but it still amazes me.
must be the traders n scared retailers.
but its cool hehe
2016-10-27 14:10 | Report Abuse
i am buying for the long term. patience is the key...i dun really bother with the yoyo ing around hehe
2016-10-27 12:42 | Report Abuse
too many 3rd party warrants on drb ma...thats why it goes yoyo around lo. mother shares are a safer bet but of course slower to rise
2016-10-27 12:39 | Report Abuse
well its no risk no gain. up to anyone to buy or not
its totally your choice.
just dun whine when u made a wrong choice hehe. dun be a pussy

i suspect the oil n gas theme plays will go slowly yet when the time comes shoots up.
2016-10-27 10:47 | Report Abuse
listen to stockraider with a pinch of salt only. he style is like a typical china man with rumors n mostly makeup stories. he doesnt know much yet pretends to know much.
he can do watever he wants plus we dun care. hehe
contrarian u are a better well informed person. thx for the info
i also believe that the QA is ok dy. however we must still understand that it is still low oil price environment out there and hence dun expect too much uprise in stock price until profits are made consistently n oil price goes up.
remmeber that hibiscus was in oil price range of usd100 i think.
however good news is we CAN collect oil n gas counters now at a low price n wait for the oil price to go up...buy low n sell high.
just have to see wat price is comfortable for you
2016-10-26 20:46 | Report Abuse
QA looks to 100% approved. however market reaction is mute. Perhaps this is the markets typical reaction on a typical listed oil n gas company now
shares n warrants maybe mundane for a while. we dunno. we cannot compare hibiscus to reach now...a bit different now.
lol
Stock: [REACH]: REACH ENERGY BHD
2016-11-01 16:53 | Report Abuse
perhaps purely to get cashback like pag/cs
i think the size of the PP will also depends on how much reach needs to repay back those who votes no...maybe small PP or large PP we dunno yet
if small PP, less or minimal dilution is good too
