When is the 1st Qtr Report announcement ??

Profitable but no dividend.

Millions already announced for Directors pay and benefits.
Hopefully investors don't get shit only.

Mining company sudah ada,
Mining machinery sudah ada.
Mining Lease sudah ada.
But still no activities.
Gold price go past USD 20,000 also no feeling for this counter.

Too many contra players.

Then why after 5 years, the mining activities yet to start.
I enter @ 0.185 in year 2017 because of this gold mining stories and bonus issues with free warrant.
The price keep dropping until today 0.035 and still no mining activities.
The only activities ESOS and PP only.
We all excited with gold price but still no mining activities.
So what the problems with BORNOIL ???

Production figure April 2015 ???

But Bornoil BOD does not seem excited.
We still did not see any gold mining activities even though everything already in place.

BOD expected the price to moved up with all the good news announcement. Thats why within 1 week, they splash the market with 74 millions ESOS shares.
Its a pre plan profit for their own profit. We eat shit only.

But our kayu Finance Minister say the MCO 3 wont effect our economy.

weirdvilante - Maybe you dont know how ESOS work. My company also issue ESOS to staff and I get profit of arround 50k.
As of BORNOIL CASE, BOD will get ESOS at 0.033. Company buy back share from ESOS at 0.040 to 0.045. So the BOD will profit ton of money by buying ESOS at 0.033 and sell at 0.040 to 0.045.

Gold still 6 feet underground.
This ghost stories had been around for 4 to 5 year.
Yet to see any action on gold mining.

ESOS at 0.033, company buy back share at 0.040-0.045.
So this how BOD making big profit.

Why no dividend but company have profit
