US own doing...Apple sales dropped so much in China...few store are closed. They ask for it...so be it...wait for change of President then we see loh...next year only...we can see... even Lockheed n Boeing will suffer...China already has their own pax jet. I pointed out that ban may extend to EU, UK earlier during the day the news of forced labor broke. However, topglove has since filed a petition.

There will be more QnA, committee reviews before a ruling can be made. If topglove management could share what are the opens & pending questions from the petition that will be great.

If you're long topglove, I view the petition as a good news. Its the first step. But expect the process to take a month and upwards. No historical data has shown that this can be resolved within 2weeks.

Its unlikely trump has nothing to do with this. No executive order were signed. Also Border control committees are usually fair and nonpartisan.
