This is oil and gas down time. We can buy more at current price. Oil unlikely to drop further, but here to stay for 6 months to 1 year.

Last night Dow Jones all major oil companies drop, again due to oil price being pushed down into bearish mode.

What happened is that that stupid guy is also not that "stupid" because he can lend his shares to short sellers, he himself included, to short sell Bumi Armada shares. This is now traders' manipulation, getting really interesting...

At the moment, another bottom for Armada is close.

The dollar was simply way too overbought. The U.S. is under pressure from China to weaken the dollar to help China’s economy. The Chinese yuan is linked to the U.S. dollar via a “crawling peg,” so a stronger yuan hurts non-U.S. demand for Chinese exports.Global economic weakness is bound to bring down U.S. growth. That will push Fed interest-rate hikes out into 2016

All these are bound to reverse for the next three months.

Another is due to dollar strength.

Oil and gas make up a big part of the S&P 500, and they probably have more downside — and some profit warnings to boot — because oil has fallen so much

According to share valuation, EPS at 3.80 is equivalent to EPS at 1.90. Exactly the same reason why Armada is now at 1.90 versus 3.80. As for valuation method, we do not care how much money you pay for bonus share or rights issue. Therefore, punters cannot short Armada at 1.90, punters also cannot earn Armada from buying 1.90.

Actually if you say Armada is going downtrend is actually not true. 1.91x2= rm3.82... Same as previous share price. Share number has doubled. Price has dropped 50%

•    Bumi Armada in mid-August signed a contract with ENI to supply a VLCC-size FPSO for use as the East Hub on Block 15/06 off Angola.   The lease is for 12 years firm with options for 8 yearly extensions.   During the firm lease period, the lease payment will average $684,930 per day.   In the option period the payment will drop to $308,220 per day.  An existing tanker will be used as the conversion hull.   This is Bumi Armada’s first VLCC-size FPSO.  Capex for the project is in the area of $1.0 billion.   Bumi Armada now has four FPSO construction projects simultaneously underway.
