Many mining companies in Malaysia, in Pahang and Terengganu are earning lots of money-from Malaysia mining export statistics. None of them disclose their mines details. So I do not expect them to disclose mining details as soon. Mining can start soon, and earning cash cow. Initial capital commitment from kinstel financial report is adequate, just not into more Perwaja. Mining can at least sustain for 2 years, with about rm1 billion profit easily.

With mining, throw away Perwaja, kinstel can be rm1billion company in 2 years. Without mining, with more Perwaja burning all $$$ away, kinstel bankrupt. So what should them do? Quite obvious. They have to bankrupt Perwaja, and switch money into mining.

I hope Pheng is reading my suggestions to them. At extreme conditions they have to make such difficult situation. Kinstel can still turnaround, but not Perwaja.

Pheng family can only decide whether to bankrupt Perwaja or bankrupt Perwaja+kinstel. Pheng has 30% stake in Perwaja, at IPO rm2.50, nothing is left now. By closing Perwaja, kinstel can start anew, eventually earn back all money from mining. Kinstel has to let go Perwaja. Once Perwaja bankrupt, all it's debtors will bear the loss. Kinstel can avoid paying more money into Perwaja. Instead the money can be used by kinstel to start mining, earning money to rise up in the end. This is the only way.

Delist Perwaja, all debtors will be forced to take on losses. Kinstel separates itself from Perwaja, start anew as mining company. Then only kinstel will recover.

With Perwaja hot potato still bleeding blood all money going down the drain continuously, who wants to give more funds for kinstel? To burn money into Perwaja? People are not stupid.

I suggest kinstel to close down Perwaja, take over mining and concentration pelletising plants, then fresh money will come.

I think kinstel should close down Perwaja, delist it and restructure, take over its mining, concentration and pelletising plant, then kinstel can survive and progress. Why keep a losing business?

He buys quietly, then asking you all to sell... He sold, then he kept quiet for you guys to buy... He only biasly select bad news, which do not reflect near future market trend but only past news- which are already priced in at current share price. What BullBear does not know is that, anytime from now on, market will be pricing in future earnings, not all the old stuff. Guys, any price you buy now,2.40-2.60, it will definitely go up later! Good luck! Do not listen to BullBear, he has cheated all retail investors here nicely for his own benefit. Just take it as parrots.

China’s imports of iron ore, the single-biggest source of demand for the vessels, expanded 8.1 percent to 526.7 million metric tons in the year to August compared with the same period a year earlier, customs data show. The increase is the result of strengthening steel output and prices in China, according to Fotis Giannakoulis, a New York-based analyst at Morgan Stanley.

There is nothing worst than this quarter. Things will only get better and better... No more factory maintenance shut down, higher margin for export of inventory products, lowest cost of production once pelletising and concentration plants up, mining once starts in 4 th quarter, debt problem solved by 5th October... US, Japan housing boom... China economy stabilization... New major shareholder coming in... Lots of good news ahead!

Kinstel was at 96.5cents (96.5/5=19.3 cents) at March 15,2006, same time in 2005 it was rm1.93 (38 cents), after that it went into full blown bull cycles until 2010. In 2005/2006, net asset per share was about rm1.50 plus, with leverage of debt 5x market capitalisation. EPS in 2005 was 21.3 cents per rm1 share. The rest I let you guys figure out...
