I have confidence in this Crest which is a forward looking and proactive company specialized in advanced technologies. Moreover, it makes a reasonable profit for last quarter at June,2024.
I think it is a matter of time that Crest would rebound.

Crest IPO listing is at the wrong timing. Otherwise, I won't think one could get this share at this kind of low price.

Crest is listed in the unfortunate timing but its strong fundamentals and good profitability remain intact.
So there is a likelihood that Crest would be rebound to greater heights together with NE.
Both Crest and NE would emerge as winners after bracing through the challenges.

Crest is a company making good profit. Furthermore, it is cash rich with amount of money collected from IPO for the purposes of business expansions and other developments.
I see no reason why it should not rebound.
Hopefully it would rebound and rise together with NE tomorrow

I think the sellers are mostly retailers who got the IPO shares as the sales volume is not big

I think a lot of people don't know the value of this company. Those sellers might be the retailers who are panic and fearful or disappointed with the share price movements.
For me, I think the price below the Ipo is temporary and would be rebound in due course.
I treat this stock as an investment , not as speculations.
I won't treat Bursa Market as a casino.

Let's take a look at the impressive view of the corporate video and the scope of various developments of Crescendo.

Even without SEZ agreement , Crescendo would emerge as a winner in Johor where Crescendo has lots of precious properties .
Most importantly, the majority of the properties are like "gold mines situated 'in the Southern Johor.

I think the boss used this as a company name should have the same meaning.
So, I expect the company's
developments , revenues and

Strong USD is good for exporters.
Superlon as an exporter would be adversely affected by the appreciation of Ringgit against USD.
But we should also remember that Superlon's raw materials are mostly imported from
overseas. Thus , a stronger Ringgit would help to reduce the raw materials cost imported.
So both the profitability would be offsetted by one another.
There are merits and demerits of the currency exchange in this case.

2024 , 2025 and beyond would be another bumper harvest years for Crescendo with abounding sales of valuable properties especially those are strategically located in the Southern Johor.
Just my opinion.

I have never known that Crescendo also owns some valuable land near Bukit Chagar which is a short distance to Singapore until i notice it from the report.
Those lands would be much sought after and appreciate in value whether at present or in the future.

Cresendo is a lucky company with visionary. The project nearby Singapore would be of great demand as it is situated close to the RTS TERMINAL, a connection between Johor Baru and Singapore.
By the time of the development would to begin, I hope Crescendo would reserve certain units for the Malaysians, otherwise the Singaporeans and other foreigners would rush to grab the units.
Those working in Singapore if could afford would definitely prefer to own the units as they would have the convenience to travel daily to and fro within a short distance and could avoid the traffic jams by taking the train to and back from Singapore.

The above gain in foreign exchange of more than

It is heartening to note that more than RM50 million would be saved from the acquisition due to appreciation in Ringgit .
