With EXSIM power let's hope PM Holding jump past RM0.50 next week and then go to RM0.60 and above.
The EXSIM brothers are the notable developers and of high caliber and integrity.
Recently we noticed that PM Holding with strong support from the investors and was one of the top volume counters among the active lists . Today 18-05-2024 Saturday.

EXSIM spent about RM36.73 million for the acquisition of PM Holding. That is not a small sum. EXSIM should have bigger plan or strategy in mind which has yet to announce !

EXSIM earlier on revealed through the media that the acquisition of PM Holding is for the expansion of short term accommodation business where they have been doing it for years at KLCC. That shows the business is profitable and wants to increase further through other ideal locations and Port Dickson is one of the targets.
Quite likely they would combine the KLCC and the Port Dickson units together even though they did mention that they would not inject property developments into PM Holding.
In other words, there would brighter future and better prospects for PM Holding.

If the KLCC Airbnb and Port Dickson Airbnb rental services were to combine, the profitability would be much better.

EXSIM has been operating Airbnb rental service in KLCC (Kuala Lumpur City Center) for many years. I just wonder whether EXSIM would combine the Airbnb rental service in KLCC and Port Dickson and separate them from the property developments for better management and control ???

By the way , Nvidia share price is above US Dollars 908.00 at 11.47 pm at night Malaysia time on14-05-2024 Tuesday. Just take note how powerful is Nvidia, the partner of YTLPOWER . Both of them are giant corporations and the real powers in the different countries.

But sometimes one's expectations could come much.faster.
I predicted that YTLPOWER would reach RM5.00 in June 2024. To my surprise it reached the target in May ，much earlier than I expected.
The influx of the foreign funds could be another booster in propelling the share to greater heights.

By now there is still a big gap of RM7.37 of price difference between YTLPOWER and TNB.
and YTLPOWER's price is not even "half" of TNB.
Sooner or later YTLPOWER will chase up or to narrow the gap .

Tenaga Nasional is RM12.42 now (14-05-2024 at 12.30 pm Tuesday).
But YTL POWER is only RM5.05.
So, there is still a big gap of RM7.37 comparing the the two.

Targeted to reach RM5.00 by June 2024 but it reaches much earlier in May.
YTL POWER is really one of the best stocks especially with the tiding up with Nvidia the top chip producer of the world

Whether the deal could go through would not matter much.
Through the various proposals from the holding and associated companies, we can visualize how valuable and precious the assets are owned by Kuchai !!!
In other words, the share price might not have reflected its intrinsic value which only the insiders can know before the revaluations.

The improvement of quarter to quarter comparing 2023 to 2022 should be 283,% instead of 238%.

Bursa has to act cause it is Bursa's duty but there is nothing to worry :
1) Sendai already turned around for year 31-12-2023 with net profit of RM57.9 for the 4th quarter quarter last year a marked improvement of 238% and about 135% increase vs year to year.
2) There were also huge contracts being awarded recently could be a booster for profitability in the coming months or years.
So very likely investors would accumulate earlier.
So in my opinion, the above reasons should be accounted for the rise in share price.

Once successfully completed on time, more huge contracts would likely to be awarded.
KLK share price is about RM22.40 per share at this moment, 26-03-2024 around 4.20 pm.
By the price of KLK you would know how solid and powerful KLK is. KLK's net asset value stood at RM13.12 per share , one of the shinning stars in the Bursa Market.
In other words, it is very fortunate for TCS to be awarded a huge contract by KLK 's subsidiary.

I think EXSIM would want the investors to make profit by the investment in PM Holding. That's a win win scenario.
If the investors in PM Holding made profits, very likely would have the fun and mood to try the short term stay accommodation managed by EXSIM during the vacations.

That's why I will invest in PM Holding while the price is still low and wait for their plans to be announced gradually !!!

I don't think EXSIM would let PM Holding remain in the doldrums for too long.

I think we should have the main dish , not too many rojak , otherwise cannot digest.

My point is that as a token of appreciation, most likely those owners of the EXSIM properties would be the patrons of the short term accommodation managed by and recommended by EXSIM.

Now, you should be convinced as to how popular is EXSIM in the property sector..

In other words, EXSIM would turn around the profitability of PM Holding in due course, with EXSIM'S prudent management and capability.
