There is only one way to ensure that Capital Raising Exercise via RI to succeed is to push the price much higher since any downward revision of RI price would only caused unhappines and irritation to the former PPs' subscribers.

I opined that they would do the 'goreng' before they finalise on the RI and that is forthcoming after being lulled since the last announcement. Furthermore, since out of PN17, Sumatec has not made any meaningful upward movement and it is a calculated move to push forward this time around.... invest at your own risk as I just share my view .... :)
