Bro Sang-Jero, most likely would be maintained at 0.32 and gradually moved-up. It is very unlikely to fall down further than the 0.32 since I presumed the subscribed RI at 0.40 would be held by underwriters and really harcore believers of Sumatec..... :)

DJIA & Nasdaq in good momentum now ..... :)

Just buy more from the market and in fact I could ended up with higher holding intead of maintaining the same % shareholding .... the only thing that I could missed out is on the free warrant.... :)

.... that is the role of the undrwriters- to underwrite the unsubscribed shares .... most of the times they earned the underwriters's fees buta buta aje ..... :)

@elle, if that situation occurs then the underwriter would have to swallow the bitter pills as noone with their right mind going to subscribe the RI... :)

They could vary the ratio of the RI with a lower prescribed price... I have discussed this issue before in this forum with Bro xxxxx .... You could check my previous postings... :)

Bro ozzie75, I was also mad when the news of application for the listing of the RI to Bursa was made considering the unfavourable market sentiments... BUT then after a second thought and after reading others' opinions then I have concluded that HS is very serious and determined to conclude the deal soonest possible.

Maybe the result of the Due-D and the oil reserved report pertaining to BE is privy and known to him... :)

@Musashi57, I have never seen RI being priced above MP .... It is a sure failure and no underwriter(s) going to underwrite such exercise....

I was informed that Sumatec submitted the same proposal to Bursa but the ratio and price would be determined at a later date .... in the meantime they still sticked to the 1:2 with 1 free Warrant for every 1 right subscribed at an indicative price of 0.40 per RI .....

Premised on that, I would think that they would push the price nearer to the approval date and only they know when is the suitable time to do so .... :)

In the event I get wind of the 'goreng' time... I would inform all of you here ... :)
