If I am in your position, I would use the money to average down my Suma... IF the market price move up above my average price, I would sell equivalent to the amount of RI that is required for me to subscribe....

The best is to meet and discuss it with your broker since it involves some calculation and planning and timing of the RI...

@Bro Sang-Jero.... betul kata woman_x tu.... Sumatec needs to apply for the listing of the RI shares and WC to Bursa.... last time was the submission of the proposal and today is the submission for the listing.

Normal process would be within 21 working days. After that, if approved, need to call for AGM for approval - another 21 days required for the notice to the shareholders.... :)

@xxxxx, sorry lambat reply sebab kena buka balik original proposal nak tengok funding requirements dan sebagainya sebelom boleh buat perkiraan.... saya tolong ikhlas tak kira lelaki/perempuan/pondan... :)

@xxxxx, saya rasa RI of 1:1 @RM0.30 with 1 free WC tak mungkin because going to be over the required fundings.... After I went thru few hyphothetical analysis with the funding requirement and few assumptions, maybe the best is RI of 2:3 @RM0.30 per rights share with 2 free WC for every 2 rights share subscribed.

The TERP would be 31.8 sen

Therefore, RI per share is 6% discount to TERP and 10% discount to MP plus BONUS of free WC.

This is based on the closing price of 33sen as at today....
