RM3.50 price to RM3.80 valuation is not that much...
Hopefully can get cheap

BIMB is too cheap to ignore.

Undemanding valuation. We opine the retracement in its share price
was overdone and not reflective of BIMB’s fundamental value.
Therefore, we expect its share price to rebound as it has already been
trading at an undemanding valuation of FY16 PBV of only 1.4x. This also
implies a lower FY16 PER of 8.3x, which appears cheaper as compared
to both its 3-year average and median PER of 13.5x each.


Looking forward, we expect NIM compression to be the biggest challenge for Bank Islam, especially as it transitions away from the high yielding personal financing segment. Nevertheless, what works to the advantage of the bank is its high CASA ratio 35% of total deposits and liquid balance sheet (financing/deposit ratio of just 80%). Meanwhile, 61%-owned Syarikat Takaful continues to provide for stable income, making up about 20% of BIMB’s group earnings. For its strong fundamentals, BIMB remains a BUY.

TP is RM4.50

Let's see BIMB with renewed energy come Wednesday after a long holiday...may it perform like last Friday. Stay optimistic my friends as now the super rich Taikohs like TH, EPD, etc are buying in large quantities again.....yes, they are giving it a big push to support it and always remember that these big Taikohs funds are unlimited and not like most of us with limited resources.

Yes, we all sapu plenty when it went down to 23.5 & 24 cents, a golden opportunity for us indeed and now we are already benefiting from it...soon we all will be rewarded more when the price goes higher.

Stay optimistic please no matter what a few "sour grapes" amongst us says. Come Wednesday, BIMB will surge with renewed energy I hope. I too haven't sold any share yet so far but added a bit more each day to lend it some support as it goes further up.

I know it's EPS had drop alot since 10 years ago but if you compare the price now and the dividend received, it's still good at more than 7% which is better than most of the other counters.

Me still waiting for it drop a bit more before I dive in, hahaha

So far all the good REITS counters that I am holding are ex and I am still holding this counter & waiting for this one to go ex too, lol.

So far instead of buying a house with that few hundred k ringgit, I am throwing all behind the Reits and save me the hassle to collect rentals & house repairing, etc when I use this money to buy house. Go for it my friends as I had been collecting dividend from some good Reits counters for than 7 years already. So far I am happy indeed with the dividend collected and I do wonder if you would follow the same route that I am taking.

But friends, please remember this....the word ISLAM in Bank Islam is worth many many times it's weight in GOLD & I can 101% GUARANTEED YOU that our Government will not let ISLAM down by allowing BIMB to die.....VERY SIMPLE LOGIC INDEED.

This counter had never fail me and I am enjoying it. So far dividends I collected indeed makes me happy each year,

After the Chinese New Year holidays, do buy more at a higher price as mother already move up about 20 cents last Friday and it will move up more to RM4+++, & so son will ikut. So I believe that the warrants will go as high as 40+ cents...so be ready to laugh your way to the bank. Daily I am buying more & more and the time is not ripe for me to sell yet. Already I hold many many containers of this son already...so opportunity comes once in a blue moon, so snatch it up & you won't be disappointed. '

3.5 must sell already...take profit first, trader style



You want to sell, you carry on & I will buy at RM3.50 too but I won't sell as now I know that it is on the way up to RM4++++...why ? because all the super rich Taikohs everyday is buying at a higher & higher price & at millions of shares each day and these Taikohs will 100% give it a big push up. So friend red_85, why must we sell now????? Always maximized your profit. Why must I be that stupid to sell cheap when I know that this BIMB is going higher & higher?

I follow the Taikohs and I nibble some everyday too like them & I know that I can't go wrong....if the big Taikohs buy, you buy & if they sell, then yoU sell...this has always been my investment policy & so far I have never gone wrong but make money always.

BIMB is too cheap to ignore & I am now holding about more than 120k shares of it and already making good profit.

Latest report says BIMB is a TRADING BUY....now what do you understand by this...it's this.....

So , buy now and within 3 moths your investment will rise by more than 15%...now at the present price it's roughly an increase of at least 49 cents...so why not go for it.

Anyone interested in STAR as it is one of the counters that pays very high dividend.

I think since BIMB had fallen straight for 8 days at a stretch, perhaps it will now counter it by rising up in price for 8 straight days, then eveyone can say "I LOVE BIMB" , hahaha

Friend ConnieChoo2015, there are many kaisu & kiasi kakis who spread all sorts of bad rumors to encourage investors to sell so that they can get it cheap. Lesson 1 is never to place full trust in anyone.If there are reports from various research houses, do spend some time to read them and if you want any further reading, then Google it.....then only you make your own decision .
