A real market will not boast at what price he buys or sells....just keep it to yourself as blowing your own trumpet gets you nowhere.

Please don't spread wrong or false information if you want to get it cheaper...if no money then don't play shares and not to simply spread false information or news. Thank you, please got to a few cents counter in the 2nd board, that will suit you better.

It won't be delisted that's for sure unless taken private lah.

...2 days, 2 announcement of 2 good contracts and still people didn't notice of what???...hmn, I wonder.

Already been goreng & hit the maximum of Price Target already and even if you take the dividend of 67 cents, it's not worth it but I prefer GUINNESS ANCHOR BHD as dividend of 50 cents is good enough and GAB had got better market exposure and more room to reach the Target Price....yes, there is space for about RM1 more, so think about it. I would prefer to grab GAB instead.

I think you are right brother Arefiq84 ...so franky we just keep on buying as the company will support it by "shares buy back" to prevent it from falling....so there's more to gain than to lose indeed. I support.

I didn't know this company makes so much money...until I take a closer look.

Take a look at the figures please...

For 2015...Revenue more than $3.12 Billion, EPS is 24 cents, Net Profit is about S210 million for 2015 but 2014 higher abit at $240 million & 2013 is lower at $78 million, very beautiful & impressive figures indeed and to top it up with an excellent present PER of 13.5, simple marvelous indeed....what more can I ask for at this price they are selling. It's a gem indeed & with our friend Erik Sighton saying that earnings visibility till 2031. (Financial Daily) what is there more to add except to buy & keep it under lock & keys.

Yes, brother, the price had gone up more than 11 cents just 1 month back, on this day the share price was around 1.22 cent, so now perhaps giving high dividend will attract buyers & increase in share price and maybe, just maybe,too the opportunity of the boss to dispose his shares? So now buy it's not worth as dividend is included in the price too.

Can't say if the new taxes will have an effect on the sale but most likely it would. Take the case of cigarettes...people switching to smuggled cigarettes now, about 90% but can it happen in the case of beer?

TA sleeping on the job lah & I presume they never read the latest financial report of the STAT earnings. Everyday naik 1 or 2 cents is good enough lah.

Very few people notice this counter at all and know of it's potential.

Yes, the price becomes better today, tomorrow I presume will be bargain hunting buying again & perhaps this counter will recover a bit more....recover from it's down 2 days back.

Brother leslieroycarter, just buy & keep it in storage & collect the twice per year dividend which I had been doing for around 5 years too...no worries at all for me.

I had been collecting good dividend for around 5 years already and intent to keep it for long term income which is higher than the interest I get from banks FD. So far MQReit had serve me well.

This Reit counter lack of buyers like IGBReit, CMMT, PavReit, etc. If ONLY there are more interested buyers, then I am confident the price will surpass RM2 for sure because of it's good earnings and paying high dividend returns too....the highest dividend paying REIT counter in whole Malaysia.

I wait for it to drop more perhaps, lol

Presently given TP is a miserable RM1.70...recommendation is to sell. This counter use to give 15 cents dividend and now it's very bad indeed.

price still is very slow up in price though earnings is good that had just been announced.
