You can see how EPF maintain the price of BIMB when other bank counters price falls....so EPF can easily control any counter price.

aiman2010 , when EPF buys it means we buy too & EPF never goes wrong on it's investments as it always makes money on it's investments, if not how are we going to get interest on our EPF savings? EPF is one of the biggest sharks & can easily push up & down any counter.

If they receive the award from Meydan around this time, it will be RM1.36Bil and not RM1.2Bil already. The award was 1.15 AED and base on todays' exchange rate it will be RM1.36Bil. That will be some yummy there.

Likewise those who purchase property, be it for their own residence, office-space, investment or rental income, are the ultimate end-users of the properties promoted by developers. Having believed and invested in the developers’ offerings, their views also postulate end-user feedback which can prove critical for savvy property marketers.
For the second consecutive year, iProperty’s Peoples’ Choice Awards has identified and acknowledged the opinion and selection of the Malaysian people in the property sector across 15 categories (See list below).
Industry leaders, executives and professionals associated with this sector, congregated at the glittering event hosted at the One World Hotel on Nov 3. Group managing director and CEO Georg Chmiel reiterated iProperty’s commitment to establish a platform which identifies the peoples’ opinion, simultaneously honouring the industry leaders whose distinguished and impressive developments have made such a significant impact in the lives of property buyers.
Malaysia’s leading property website received over 21,949 votes for 111 submissions across 15 categories. The panel of judges then narrowed it down to 84 for final selection. The judging panel included Pertubuhan Akitek Malaysia (PAM) 2014-2015 president Chan Seong Aun, Akzo Nobel Paints Malaysia (Dulux) director of professional sales Owen Tan, Chur Associates founder and managing director Chris Tan Chur Pim, Investment Promotions of Malaysia Property Incorporated vice-president (I) David Chong, “The Strategic Property Investor” model and programme founder Ahyat Ishak and iProperty’s Chmiel.
To accommodate wider range of selection, the number of categories was increased to 15 (from 10 in 2014). In addition, special recognition was bestowed upon LK Property Group for its prestigious development Capitol Grand in Australia. In 2016, iProperty will formally introduce an additional category for Best Luxury Development in the Asia Pacific region.
Over time, these peoples’ choices may emerge as a strong counterpoint to those industry awards purely based on technical selection by judges, without assessment of the end-users’ views and opinion.

TP is RM2.12...good upside.
We maintain our BUY call on Mah Sing Group with an unchanged fair value of RM2.12/share. This pegs the stock at a 15% discount to its NAV. According to The Edge Malaysia, Mah Sing is set to launch the second phase of its Feringghi Residence project in Penang by year-end.
- Feringghi Residence is a freehold development that comprises low-rise condo villas and high-rise resort condos on 61 acres of elevated land in Batu Feringghi. The gated development is to be developed in three phases. The parcel of land was bought in 2010, and is strategically located along the famed Batu Feringghi tourist belt and ~1km away from Hard Rock Hotel Penang.
- Phase 1 of Feringghi Residence (~11 acres) was launched in 4Q12. It consists of 210 apartments with built-ups of 1,510sf to 1,752sf in a five-storey block and priced between RM870k and RM1.4mil a unit. To-date, more than 90% of these units have been sold.
- As for the upcoming Feringghi Residence 2, a total of 632 units will be on offer in three blocks of four, 10 and 32-storey high. The average built-ups will be smaller than that of the first phase, ranging from 1,208sf to 1,565sf. The third phase (launch date yet to be confirmed) will comprise 410 resort condos, 80 town villas and 32 hillside villas.
- The GDV for Feringghi Residence 2 is approximately RM700mil or RM700psf-RM750psf. Apart from having a view of the sea, the units under this new phase will enjoy facilities such as a multi-purpose hall, gym, tennis court, infinity pool, barbeque area, playground and a man-made pool.
- We expect Feringghi Residence 2 to be one of only two new launches for Mah Sing in Penang this year, given the soft market conditions. The Penang market accounts for c.6% of the group’s revised pre-sales target of RM2bil for FY15F.
- We understand that Feringghi Residence 2 received 600 registrations within two weeks during a preview held last July. Given its smaller built-ups, we believe the average pricing per unit could be lower than that of Phase 1.
- While we expect Feringghi Residence 2 to be similarly well received given its strategic location and low-density features, we expect the conversion into sales to take longer compared to Phase 1. Furthermore, the former has total units that is 3x that of the latter (632 vs. 210).
- We maintain our BUY call on Mah Sing. While presales momentum will likely be muted in the near term, earnings visibility remains solid with a remaining GDV of RM26bil and unbilled sales of RM4.8bil (~2x its FY14 property revenue). Plus, the stock trading at a steep 49% discount to its NAV.

Seems only EPF, KWP & Tabung Haji as well as other government fund are buying & what about the rest of you. I tell you now again that this counter will NEVER DIE as the government doesn't allow it. So, buy & hold both mother & son for this counter to push up to TP of $4.70, now it's only $4.10

Yesterday, Affin securities throw away those shareholders who pledge their shares..so margin call & Affin just simple throw to get back their money. I presume most of it , if not all had been thrown away otherwise from nearly 50% to come back & recover to about 30% down. So, perhaps today should be much better.
