Don't mislead people laa. Australia is not one of the reciprocating countries under Reciprocal Enforcement of Judgment Act 1958. So even if the bank managed to obtain a judgment against him and he has no assets in Australia, the aussie bank cannot come to Malaysia and recoup back what is owed in aussie.

RM45 mil is just a small sum for him. If he can declare 10 sen special dividend for mkland, he will be getting enough money to pay back half of the claim amount.

Westpac initiated the claim. It doesn't mean that kasi will be liable for that entire sum. It's too premature to say that kasi will go bankrupt. Court hearing haven't even started. The claim is just RM45 mil. Do you think this is a big sum for him?

Why compare kidex with puncak? Apparently u have not done your research properly. kidex was cancelled because kidex itself did not fulfil conditions precedent to the concession contract. In puncak case, puncak had fulfilled all conditions precedent on its part. The ones which are not fulfilled are the state and federal parts. The state government and the federal government all the while wanted the deal to go thru.
