@Toneefa True. But given how low the percentage of people getting severe allergic reactions from the vacinne has been, it's a real stepping stone. They probably estimated the confidence interval for the whole population from their sample before submitting to FDA for approval. Not sure about the math behind it.

It's basically like peanut allergy. But the best parr about this vacinne is that pfizer can change the formulation of the vacinne really quick to adapt to the mutation of covid. Since covid mutates relatively slowly, there's no need to do so.

Not everyone who has food allergies or whatever allergies are not allowed to take the vacinne but people who have had severe reaction to certain substance which triggers anaphylaxis.

Let me highlight to you how safe the vacinne is even though there side effects. Long winded article but got some points.
