At as a new glove player is already going for automation. They will have reduced costs as super, harta and topglove. Which means their pricing is pretty much the same. That's why we have the term ASP OK? There's no ASP for the mobile phone, computer, airlines industry etc etc ..any industry that is not commoditized. Dont talk about moat in gloves LOL.

Moat can be in branding, low raw material prices due to control over raw material that your peers dont, good customer support, etc etc, anything that allows you to put a premium on your products without affecting your market share.

With regard to nitrile gloves, i can buy from tg, harta, kossan, supermax or Ali gloves berhad without changing the quality or the purpose. What moat is there? It's so commoditized.
