MFCB is one of the most transparent and well managed companies in the whole of bursa malaysia. Ignoring share price movement (which has been static since 2021 mostly, with some volume coming in only lately), business is running on all cylinders.

2 months ago we did an interview with MFCB management which was hosted live. It dragged on for over 2 hours as Mr Yeow was so passionate in sharing about the business, their plans, prospects, challenges, and how they're overcoming it. Unfortunately, i3 does not allow me to share my notes, so for whoever is interested maybe can PM me.

Best time to buy is when everyone is in despair. I've written a lot about PTRANS already. tksw sifu still here since 2019 lol

To answer your question, warrants have an exercise price. When the warrant is converted into mother share, you have to pay the exercise price. This is how the company gets money from the warrants.

since you attended you should know what the planned schedule is like and what stage they are already currently at.

Knowing the plans and direction of the company is the advantage of people who take the effort to join and learn and speak to the management of the company.

Of which I daresay Revenue is amongst the most transparent in Bursa, as they regularly have investor briefings to meet people and answer their questions. Not many companies take the effort to do that, even if it's only a 1-2 hour session every quarter.

Losses only due to depreciation. If you study their cash flow, they're actually still positive FCF, which says a lot considering the nature of their business.

That's the big difference with a cyclical company (profits by increased selling prices or margins) vs a growing company (profits by increased capacity)

Memang no supernormal profits, but normal profits will steadily increase over time.

There's a multitude of reasons why the company is now performing better than before, but in short, Dnonce is a turnaround company; not just their packaging business but their EMS business both is also turning around to being profitable. So far, with near full utilization, their profit is around 4mil per quarter-ish. Barring any changes, it should still be around here.
