Asian markets closed in the red on the final day of the week with the exception
of China and Thailand’s indices. The local benchmark FBMKLCI (KLCI) closed
3.78pts or 0.25% lower to end the week at 1,531.20. Week-on-week, the index
lost 13.26pts or 0.86%. Market breadth stayed negative for the whole of last
week as investors continue to lock in profits in general. The weak negative
breadth likely suggests more selling lie ahead for this week.
There is no change to our short term view on the benchmark KLCI, which
appears to be trading in a sideways manner with a slight negative bias. Some
buying support can be seen here at the 1,530-1,540 levels while the top side
is capped by the large 28th January gap of 1,558-1,573. The critical resistance
at 1,572 is likely to remain intact for now. As long as the 1,572 levels are not
breached, the longer term view remains down for the index. The index has
been drifting lower slowly and is now at the lower end of the 1,530-1,540
range. A break (and close) below this range may signal that the next wave of
selling is underway, targeting 1,517 followed by the 2015 low of 1,503. 1,471-
1,475 is the following levels to watch out for if the 1,503 levels give way.
Staying true to our strategy of selling into strength for now.

And TM and other telcom will integrate their 4G Network eqm onto this infra .

if they are building towers . its highly likely they will not use much fiber.
They will use microwave.
