I didnt have the e-dividend account back when I applied for cds years ago.. I had been receiving cheques a day after the payment date all this while.. so I guess for e-dividend, u get it a day after the transfer date?

i havent got the time to apply the e-dividend yet. rejected earlier coz my bankbook is still bumiputera commerce not cimb =-='' Do you received ur dividend on the transfer date if it is through e-dividend? payment date is for the cheque?

a lot of property counters are stagnant too.. uoadev, huayang, mahsing (+0.01), sp setia(-0.01). this is normal when everyone is waiting for the upcoming budget..

@DJDJ, u can see it from the selling queue.. today is much much lower compared to last week.. after lunch, the bid/sell queue starts to balance off.. from the trend, u can see the selling queue is losing up..

if u compared to our ASEAN neighbors over the same period, JKI expanded almost 500% at peak, SET about 300%, PCOMP about 300%, VNINDEX about 100%, STI about 100% so yes,KLSE is among the slowest in ASEAN at about 100%. It is not really excessive for correction. This is more like the September + US tapering effect, couples with the syria strike, egypt emergency and other world issues that instilled fears.

PER of 10 maybe high but it definitely worth more than its NTA of 2.12
