I always curious, if a substantial shareholders past away, and the shares are heavily margin finance, what would happened? Can anybody sell for the deceased? or only broker can sell if forces sell condition is met?

Do you know whether he has sold from the peak or not? or is he still selling? so long the current price is above his cost, he can sell anytime, and wait you sell for him is it the bottom now?

See if he really wanna buy back (assuming he sold) the price will up because of his buying power... but Do you know when? What price?

and if he already make profit and buy at what he thinks bottom, his cost of buying the shares can be view as the bottom price minus the profit.... U dare to rush in chase up the price or not? anytime he can bomb you if he want...
