Well said Ring. My take is if want to play this stock then av to follow the wave. Meaning if gov. goreng cos of coming election then you got to hit n run.Holding long term would be risky unless like you said, to take it private!!...only can solve the mess !!

Ring, actually i copy n paste from a blog somewhere. True or not is for us to ponder!! The financial management of FGV is suspected following recent development.Hence its wise to be careful with this stock as its non performance since IPO is clear for all to see!! Another 1MDB ??

Here is the lipat. FGV has no money for replanting. They have said somewhere along the way they need money to replant.

But in 2010 (six years ago) Felda borrowed RM6 billion from EPF “for replanting”. What happened to all that money? So no lepat.

The IPO in 2012 raised RM9.3 bil – the 2nd largest IPO in the world in 2012, after Facebook. What happened to that RM9.3 billion that was raised?

FELDA had reserves of RM6b – RM8b circa 2004 (during the time of Pak Lah). What happened to all those billions?

FGV shares have lost 62.5% in value. The Top 15 shareholders of FGV have lost almost RM8.0 billion in investment value. This includes EPF, SOCSO, Tabung Haji, Felda Land, PNB, ASB, ASN2020 etc. These are statutory bodies holding public funds in trust. How are they going to explain to the public?

Now The Star newspaper has boldly reported that FGV suffers fraud, mismanagement, ineficiency (and just a tidak apa attitude – my words.)

So what shall be the reaction of major shareholders like EPF, SOCSO, Tabung Haji, Felda Land, PNB, ASB, ASN2020 etc ? Will they still hold FGV shares until they hit below toilet paper grade? These are public funds. You will be in dereliction of your duty and fiduciary responsibilities to the public funds that you manage.

I believe EPF has loaned Felda RM6b in 2010. Talk is Felda cannot service or fully service this loan. What is EPF’s response? (Please dont tell me the whole damn Civil Service machinery is in cahoots? You are dealing with public funds ok. Say something and do something.)

From our own personal experience, if we as employers are late in making our monthly EPF contributions for our workers by just one day, then we get hit by a minimum RM200 fine by the EPF. Just for being one day late.

The EPF once sent me a legal letter (asking me to appear in Court) over a company with whom I have no more connections for over 12 YEARS (TWELVE YEARS !!) Someone else took over the company 12 years ago.

So what is the EPF’s action against Felda for whatever monies owed by Felda to the EPF?

The shares are manipulated by IB's (issuing banks) to prevent warrants near to expiry (eg C12) from goin up! in order to maximise profit. After that you will probably see mother on the uptrend!

Even issued in May 2015 they still got 100,000,000 to sell. Trading volume for HK just over 50,000,000 now ! Even if the index -12++ points, the minute it drop say 1-2 pts (-10) price of HK,HV,HW will drop drastically.

The winner will always be the issueing banks! Go for newly listed H5 or H1 as they will goreng to attract buyers. HK, HW HV has less movement from now even if index drop a lot :(

HK,HV, AND HW have recently newly issued 100,000,000 each by the issueing banks from original 50,000,000 (hence total 150,000000 enlarge issue). hence they will try to sell the extra 100,000,000. Thats why you see the price wont go up by more than 3cts.The present price are all over value hence the IB's still make alot even if sell around 20cts.

Syndicates took profit 1st and later goreng back for 2nd round.This way the premium wont be too excessive n ridiculous cos now premium is v high.This way they maintain votality n earn ! Follow their move guys!

noorgreen, C warrants will b good if shanghai index up on monday sustaining fridays performance.So pray d uptrend will continue. otherwise H warrants will go up.

Noorgreen China50A warrants are v volatile. For both put n call warrants, d price will up or dwn drastically based on day index trend. Friday was positive for C warrants. If monday can sustain then good. Shanghai index still recovering. Rob_z3_man i hopeyou are right. Good luck to you n to me of course :)

Somebody manipulating the price from going up...throwing 100-500 shares evrytime it moves up .005 cts. These guys want to buy cheap! Prepare for goreng once they collected enough!

Majority of the selling n buying are done by the con man chinese major shareholder Leng Xi Ming lah. He manipulates the price with his intention to deal for 2 weeks. I think he will goreng before AGM !!

I bot at 0.065. Hope will break even and surge higher in 2 weeks time !

The courts decision on 18.05.15 may see a rebound to .10 if its in the company,s favor otherwise may further dip to .02 ! Its a gamble to buy at .045 to .06 ! Decision is yours.

Major shareholder fucking Director LengXingmin (China) play left hand to right hand. He sold over 22,000,000 warrants at between .125-.127.the last few days. He is selling somemore..hence d price cannot go up. Whats his game plan????

Either some big taiko collecting cheap and exercise later when mother shoots higher or sharks at work with AGM coming soon.

Exercise price is 0.10. hence its still in the money. 0.125+0.10=0.225. Mother now is 0.265. However something very weird. Someone is preventing it getting higher to 0.130 by selling at 0.125 consistently.

Thats how Chinaman play! Will definitely goreng back after AGM ! The problem is he will sell until how low?? .20 ? .18? The AGM is near months end...so still much time for downside !
