hei, you have to pitty him lel.
Ppl keep converting the loan to share, he have to add on the share too to avoid lost control over the company. Just check his direct and indirect holding percentage, not more than the figure at the time paid up at 4.3 billion units.
to fill up the difference, no way to up the price at this moment.otherwise need buy expensive shares lo.

If the major shareholder would like to increase his share holding by 3% or even more,
that say his direct holding is 1000m units. 3% will need 30m units. If currently holding 22% means after that will change to 25%.
what will happen if acquire from market? other than need cash, he also have to pay higher cost for that. Share price will up as more demand coming in.
how nice to be a major shareholder. they can buy by himself directly from market or through company and thereafter declare as share dividend. All decision can make in his mind without depend others for approval.
If continuously accumulate in this way, if and only if, price remain unchanged or even lower, it will be more closer for privatization.
